I was impressed by the overall work performed. They were able to remove my old roof and replace it within a day. I was also quite impressed with their cleanup, and removal of the old roof. They originally put on our roof. Last year they fixed our chimney when it was damaged in a storm for a very reasonable price. Recently we had a small leak and when they came out it was just lent stuck in the vent. They didn't charge us anything. Very happy with them and would totally use them again in the future. From start to finish Ridgeline exceeded my expectations. Before the job started Jackson came out and explained the process and answered my numerous questions. The crew showed up as planned, did a great job and left the site as they found it. Afterwards Jackson came back for quality control and checked up on me these last few weeks in the heavy rain. Carl, a roofer and employee of Ridgeline was tasked to do warranty work on my home. He arrived on time and addressed scheduled issues with the roof. My wife and I called Ridgeline construction because an inspection on our that (for a couple who was financing our house) said we needed a vent on our back patio. We had had a no show and we needed someone to come quickly because we were moving in 2 days so it was short notice. Bradley Stuart came out to our house. He was real nice and new what needed to be done and he worked with our realtor to get the job done. We definitely recommend this company

Johnny Pugh was an exceptional person to work with. He was professional, quick to respond, and extremely helpful while dealing with my insurance company. He came out to view the job quickly and when he said he would. He scheduled the work and had workers out when he said he would. The crew did a wonderful job and the roof looks amazing. The entire job site was cleaned up, as well. I highly recommend Ridgeline Construction and would definitely use this company again.

After finding a leak in my roof near the chimney, Ridgeline came out and took a look to check on what was causing the problem. Ridgeline had a young guy named Jason come out and worked all day in reconstructing the area around the chimney and no further leaks have been found. Thanks to Johnny and Jason of Ridgeline for fixing the problem, you guys are great.

I can't say enough good things about the outstanding job Ridgeline Construction did on our roof! It looks awesome. People in the neighborhood said it looks like a new house! From the first point of contact with their project manager, Jackson Vaughn, to the end has been a very pleasant experience! Jackson was great to keep us informed about everything! Just had my roof replaced by Ridgeline Construction and it was a first class job done in the most professional way possible. Incredibly polite, considerate and hard working employees that did a big job (3 structures) in just two days. They left my house neater and cleaner than it was when they first arrived. Clean and efficient you won't go wrong with Ridgeline. Johnny was very helpful and did everything he said he would do. I have been skeptical of online reviews as to their authenticity but trust me the reviews about Ridgeline are spot on. Great company!
