It's difficult to find reputable contractors, but now I have One Call Plumbing for plumbing services. Michelle was so friendly and accommodating. They had an opening the same day and Levi came over. He answered my numerous questions patiently and professionally. I was waiting for him to say that I exceeded the number of questions allowed, but he didn't.
His knowledge and information was so helpful. I was so impressed with the business practices of taking pictures, and clearly documenting 1.what was found, 2. recommendations, and 3. final work. That documentation was sent to me in an email which protects me as well as the business. I needed the ball valve before my hot water heater replaced and wanted to have some items inspected.
The hot water heater plumbing was not done properly when the home was built so I had that redone. Since my hot water heater is in the attic, I needed it to be to Code and possibly above Code. I highly recommend One Call Plumbing and will use their services again if needed.

Spencer was here within an hour of my call. Cleared the drain quickly and despite having some 'unusual' helpers, was a great sport and fantastic to deal with. I will say thought, that while the drain was impossibly clogged before, it still doesn't drain as well as it should, and I end up with 1-2 of water that have to drain over time after a shower.

I initially called the familiar plumbing service with the catchy song but they could not come out to help for two days. We could not be without water for two days. We had to turn off the main water valve to stop the hot water from flowing. Being new to the area I sought the Better Business Bureau and saw One Call Plumbing. I checked out their ratings there and on various sites and decided to give them a call.
We were given a 2-4 appointment and they called at 1:52 to let us know the plumber would be at our home shortly. My husband met with Chuck the plumber who was very friendly and thorough in addressing our problem. From experience, we decided to replace all three valves for the shower instead of doing only the hot water valve. We would definitely request Chuck at One Call Plumbing in the future.

Great experience, had an issue with my water heater, called them at 4pm and was told they could have a tech out at 8am to check out the issue. The gentleman (Kevin) that came out was very polite and thorough, figured out the issue and got me fixed right up. Highly recommend One Call for any of your plumbing needs.

We had a noise that we couldn't pinpoint. They came out within one hour of our call to investigate for us. As soon as he pulled up he found the leak with our irrigation system and was able to shut off the water. He was quick and got the job done without overcharging for the work. He laid out our options for repair and how to handle the water bill. Would use again!

I was very impressed from reading reviews before I called; once I called Michelle handled me professionally and I could tell I made the right choice. The next morning steven arrived to do the work. Steven was friendly and professional. He was very thorough with the options I had to either temporarily fix my water heater, or go ahead and replace it. We chose to go ahead and replace it. I would recommend One Call Plumbing to anyone. Steven was awesome! I had an emergency. A pipe burst under my slab. After I turned the water off I called at 6:30 AM. Steven arrived before 8:00 AM. He was finished before 4 PM. He was very professional and saved the day. This could have been a nightmare; thanks to Steven it was resolved quickly!

One Call Plumbing lived up to their name, answering on the first call (and on a Saturday!). Preston arrived in less than an hour. He diagnosed and repaired the problem (collapsed sewer line) while explaining the problem and our options in a logical, easy-to-understand way. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and listened to our concerns. Very fair price. I'm so glad we used One Call Plumbing! Definitely recommend!

Wow! We were in a bind needing help fixing a pipe that busted on our toilet and I am so thankful to have called these guys! My first call honestly was to another business and they told me the couldn't make it out for 4 days, but called One Call Plumbing and they came out in 20 minutes! Our plumber was Spencer. He was such a big help, came in assessed the job and fixed it in about 1.5 hours.
He also gave great advice about other plumbing related items, just all around informative and wonderful to deal with. If you need a plumber call these guys and ask for Spencer you won't regret it!

After being told by another plumbing company that they were going to charge $600 to simply replace my water pressure reducing valve; I went with One Call instead. Nick Jennings (ID #35) came out the next day and repaired it for only $260. He was on time (early actually), friendly, quick, and got the job done right. Three weeks later and our water pressure still works perfectly. We will definitely call them first for all our plumbing needs in the future. Thank you!

I made an appointment for the next day through Michelle who was very pleasant and quick to answer the company phone. The following day Steven arrived on-time and wore a mask. He was very cordial and kept me informed beginning with the testing and diagnosis of the problem. He confirmed the problem with my water pressure reducing valve and explained the price.
I gave him the go ahead and he changed the valve, flushed the system and made sure things looked right when finished. He made sure not to bring dirt in my house by wearing protective shoe coverings when he needed to enter the house. I was very pleased with Steven's work and he was very pleasant. After only 8 months in our house a pipe burst in our slab. Our home warranty sent us a contracted plumber after 5 days of waiting that was only at our house for 14 minutes and charged us a $104 fee to tell us our hardwood floors and cabinets would have to come out and it would cost around $20k! I called One Call based on the good reviews and they did not disappoint! They dispatched a plumber at OUR convenience, only charged $35 to give us a correct estimate, and had the work

Very positive first experience with this company. I had a water line bust in my guest bath. Chad was the one the 911 dispatcher contacted. He was extremely professional, and was concerned not only with correctly fixing my issue (which, thankfully, was a minor repair) but also with how I was doing with all the stress. I can't say enough good about Chad who came to my rescue yesterday after the supply line to my guest room toilet busted, and I had water everywhere. Thankfully, the repair was minor. He not only made the repair, he left things better than before. He was also concerned for me, as I was a basket case. Highly recommend.

One Call plumbing is professional and timely and do great work. The staff was responsive and customer oriented. However, they are extremely expensive! I contacted several other plumbers to get a quote on an emergency issue at my house. Two other plumbers in the area were almost 1/2 the cost. I had to go with One Call Plumbing as they were the only one available.

Called them, and they had it fixed right the first time unlike some of the other guys in the area. I like the fact that One Call Plumbing gave me the "big name company" service and warranty but the care, respect and appreciation of the local plumbers they are! From Amy who booked the call to Preston who serviced my business and got the drains working my experience was great and would recommend them.
