When we bought our building, it did not come with a floorplan. The original owner had lost it years ago. Oliver did a great job drawing up new ones. I'm no expert when it comes to drafting and design, hence hiring a professional in the first place, but I felt everything was done very professionally. He used laser measuring tools and gave us measurements for every wall, nook, cranny, and space we could possibly want. He helped us tremendously with planning out our remodel and what to put where.

Oliver did a wonderful job on the recent project to design a bathroom and multi purpose space in our unfinished attic space. He was extremely detail oriented and responsive to all forms of communication, provided creative solutions and options for us and went above and beyond in facilitating the drawings. We've been extremely pleased with our work with him and we're looking forward to bringing his design to fruition in our home.
