Best pest service! How many of you use the "Big Box" guys that just show up when they want or claim they were there, yet you were home all day and saw no one? Not XOut. They tell you TWICE in advance when they will be there AND call you on their way! They always ask if anything additional is needed or if they can enter and spray inside if we like. Everyone at XOut has always been polite and professional. They've come every three months for the last few years and never miss an appt. They typically just spray outside but always check if the inside needs treated as well. Danny was here just this morning and left a great impression. Even took his boots off before entering my home. He proactively reached out last night to confirm the appt time worked for me. He was thorough and a pleasure to talk with. I've been using X Out for several years now. Very professional team with great service and very effective treatments. I regularly get other pest control companies stopping by trying to get me to switch but I am tell them not to waste their time, I'm not leaving X Out and proven results.

I have an old home, from the 1950's, and was having big issues with ants. They were coming through the floor in my kitchen and then branching from there. I was trying all types of remedies to no avail. Called X-Out and they told me most likely they were coming through the foundation with these older homes and we trying to kill them once they were in the house wasn't going to work.

They did their magic outside around the house as well as spray inside with pet safe chemicals and bam, no more ants. A great side benefit is I see almost no roaches anymore. Never had a problem with them but would have a random red roach once or twice a week/month depending on time of year, but now it is like one a quarter. Highly recommend

Several friends recommend X-Out to me when I moved into my new house after I complained about needed to spray wasp nests again and again under my covered patio. After a late night run in with a large cockroach in my bedroom, I submitted a request right away. The texted me within hours, sent me pricing including current discounts, and scheduled my appointment for the following week. Ricky came out, gave me the run down while sweetly petting my barking dog and then got to business. I was so impressed by his efficiency that I was so glad I had already signed up for quarterly treatments. 10/10 for sure.

Recently, our landlord's roof got replaced, and we started seeing bugs in the house. Also, a scorpion got in our bed and stung my wife twice! After asking for recommendations from Nextdoor, several neighbors said to call X Out Pest. Ricky came out to do the spray. He was prompt, and let us know when he was on his way. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

He explained that the spray they use outdoors is very powerful and time released. The indoor spray is potent, but completely pet, child and food friendly and is made from flowers. He uses it in his own home, even in the baby's nursery. Ricky even sprayed some on his hand to reassure our visiting granddaughter that her luggage was safe! We are very glad to have used this company and would use them again.

Caleb and Danny are awesome. I've had pest control services from a different provider for several months and still saw bugs inside and out my home. The first day after X Out came to my property I saw bugs but the difference was.they were all dead.not one bug I've seen is alive after Caleb came out and treated it. Tahitian Village resident here in Bastrop - had a major scorpion problem inside our home. Spoke with Danny on the phone yesterday and he said he could squeeze us in that afternoon as a new customer. Ricky Good stopped by and we felt very comfortable walking through with him inside and out. He was a good listener and was quite personable and very knowledgeable.

Since we have pets, he calmed our concerns by telling us about the pet-friendly solution the company uses. He went so far as to uncover our outside dryer vent to expose lots of ants building up inside the PVC pipe, which he also sprayed for us. The whole experience took about 45 minutes and now we feel much better and could sleep scorpion-free for the first time in weeks! Thanks, X-Out!

They were super friendly on the phone when I called for an estimate. I informed what I needed and they gave me the best option to tackle my problems. Very informative and professional service. My tech that came out was Danny, and it's really helpful when he sends me a text message for ETA updates when he will arrive and when he is done. Super friendly guy who also knows what he is doing. Literally, within 48 hours you could see the insects outside die down. Me and my dog can't wait to hang out around outside my yard this summer knowing insects will not be a problem.

Love this company. They were there for me when I meed them. I dealt with Danny who is amazing he confirms his appointments the day before. Danny also makes sure of everything neesing done and verifies so there is no misunderstanding. Danny makes sure to educate you on the service s provided and that you understand before leaving. We've used X Out for a couple years now for quarterly pest control treatment and mosquitoes in the summer months. They've always been punctual and professional. We've had a couple times where the mosquito treatments didn't seem to last as long due to rain, and they came out to retreat quickly without charging extra. We previously had an ant problem in our kitchen that two other pest control companies couldn't resolve. X Out had the issue fixed during the first visit, and we've never had an ant in the house since.

We have only used X OutPest Services once but so far its been great! The pricing is very competitive. The tech came out very quickly and did a thorough job. I like that they will come back if needed between scheduled visits but so far we haven't needed that. I like that they also treated for lots of different types of pests, not just a select few. I would highly recommend.

We started using them when we moved to our new house. For the initial treatment, Ricky called me suggesting to come earlier than scheduled because it was going to rain and he wanted to make sure we get the most out of the treatment - I was so thankful to him. The person that came to do the next treatment suggested to do a quick run through the interior when I told him we still had the occasional bugs. Awesome service.

I've used X Out Pest Services for the last year and always had a great experience. Their customer service is excellent: they are easy to email or call on the phone and the pest control people who come to the house are courteous and have gone out of their way to answer my questions/provide additional value. I use them bimonthly for preventative treatment and have had no problems with bugs in the house.

X Out Pest Services hit every mark for top quality customer service. I spoke with Heath: after getting the pricing I mentioned I was shopping around. Heath told me X Out does a price match. When a competitor offered a lower price on the initial service but was unable to meet the mark for my questions, I called back. Heath was able to price match immediately and scheduled service for the following day.

The annual contract with X Out is also incredibly straightforward. It's very short (read on a smartphone) and has no legal terminology, arbitration rules, etc. that would dissuade me from signing. Our Service person, Ricky, was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. After looking at exactly the issues with which we were dealing, he recommended and effected a course of treatment.

He gave us instructions and expectations and finished his treatment in a safe, timely manner. So far I'm delightfully please with X Out and recommend them for you service needs.

After a neighbor recommended X Out for the great work they'd done at her house, I called to inquire about service. I spoke with Heath, who was incredibly friendly and informative about their services and what to expect of Texas pests. He sent a friendly, efficient technician named Jackson out the very same day to administer my initial service. So far so good! I'm pleased to have heard about this company.
