Finding the cause of my roof leak and completing the necessary repairs were excellently handled by Marlin Construction. They have served my roofing needs in the past, and I will keep doing so. They are fair and honest.

I'm overjoyed that the new conservatory roof was installed in a single day. The team did a fantastic job and was always polite and professional. The mess was then cleaned up. Highly suggested.

Excellent service. Received a fair estimate after I called Marlin Construction. Kris and his team are professional. I replaced the whole roof and they did it in one day with amazing results. The gutters were done second day. Excellent job Highly recommend for who want to replace the roof.

I personally recommend Marlin Construction. Kris was amazing to work with, he's experienced knowledgeable and worked well. I'm the judge of that an they did an excellent job! The roofers worked very hard, took our old roof off the first day and started the new roof. Second day they finished our roof and cleaned all the roofing materials from our property, they also did an excellent job cleaning up. The men were very hard working and very polite. I'm grateful, and blessed we used Marlin Construction, I highly recommend them!

Kris and his crew are wonderful. He explained all the options and sent a clear, written proposal with all the steps and charges. They got the job done promptly, on budget, and completely cleaned-up afterward. The work and materials are top quality. Kris keeps in frequent touch to ensure satisfaction, and followed up after the job was complete to make sure there were no problems. I highly recommend.

It was nice to work with David because he did what he said he was going to do. His workers started when he said and finished when he said. It's hard to get that any more.

I can't say enough about the level of quality and customer service. We love our new roof! We love the color all our options were discussed with us, the workers were fast, efficient, and very professional. This is the second job we have done by Marlin Construction in Cape Coral and they exceed expectations every time! Customers for life!

Marlin Construction was recommended by my GC and though I had not heard of them and they had some negative reviews on Google, after meeting with Denise I decided to trust my instincts and hired them. I needed a "cricket" in the middle valley where we had leaks recently. They arrived when scheduled with a large crew, obtained and posted the permit and got to work, removing the roof before the end of the day and disposing of all material.

The next day they replaced some damaged plywood and built the cricket. After inspection, they installed the shingles and a final cleanup. My neighbors praised their hard work and I appreciated their professionalism, timeliness and workmanship. I inspected the roof (see picture) and couldn't have been happier. They did everything I asked and did so with an extremely competitive price. I would highly recommend Marlin to anyone looking for a new roof! PS - we are on Sanibel just 2 months after hurricane Ian

This company was referred to me by a friend. They responded quickly to provide an estimate. They were on time and completed the work in one day as promised. I received another estimate and the estimate provided by Kris was by far more reasonable! Before and after pics were provided. Very professional and positive experience!

They did a great job they broke down every detail on what they where going to do. I didn't know anything about roofing or roofs my gf found them online and within 2 minutes they called me to come out an give me a quote. It was a great price so we went with them!

Kris Rossman was very helpful through my process. All I had to do is call and he helped me every step of the way. Marlin Contrustion gets things done quick and let's you know what's going on every step of the way.

I recently worked with Kris Rossman from Marlin's Construction, and it is honestly the best experience! I was having some issues with my roof and Kris was extremely prompt and courteous when it came to the issue and the questions I had along with it! The amount of knowledge and professionalism that Kris had was amazing, he was able to answer all my questions, was extremely personable, and never made me feel rushed or was pushy on making a sale. Highly recommend Marlin and Kris!

5 stars for this company. Denise with Marlin was a superstar! She was here right after the storm and was able to give me an estimate right at my table. We signed right there and then I didn't need any other estimates as she made a great impression on us and made us feel very comfortable. The workers have done an amazing job. I am very pleased!

Had the pleasure of doing business with Marlin they had been referred over to me by my brother in law who was very pleased with the job they did at his home. The office was very prompt in sending out a project manager to go over my roof repairs after a recent storm we had. Denise my project manager answered all my questions and was very upfront and honest with the repair costs and expectations. The office staff did a wonderful job keeping me up to date with how things were moving along. I am very happy with my new roof I would hire again

Extremely pleased with the job Marlin Construction did on our roof. There were no hidden costs on the finished product. They were quick, clean and neat. The job was finished in a week. That to me was amazing because other roofs put on houses in our neighborhood took weeks. Tyler promised that would be so and it was. Two neighbors have asked for his card and I have no qualms about recommending Marlin Construction.
