Never replaced our roof until the hurricane came. Eber and his team showed us the amount of damage, and recommended I call my insurance company. I ended up filing a claim, and Eber & Felix were there as professional roofers helping with this process. I ended up hiring them for helping me so much and how thorough they were at explaining everything. Very happy!

If you need a new roof, I recommend New Era Roofing Concepts Inc because like the name say's this is what they do and they do it well without any fooling around and with honest, competent salespeople who mean what they say and follow throughout the process. I couldn't be any more pleased with the new roof they did in one day as promised, with top brand materials and expert workmanship.

Great roof, even better customer service experience at every level, from quote to installation to follow up. The transparency in quoting and procurement was legitimately surprising. I'm certain New Era could have made a little more money on my job but chose integrity over that. Hire a roofer that would get you to write a recommendation like this.

New Era Roofing did an outstanding job with our re-roofing project. From the initial roof examination though the final install, everyone involved was professional and friendly and took all the time needed to answer any questions my wife and I had. There was no high pressure sales, just an honest assessment of our roof and detailed information of the materials to be used and work that was to be performed.
We received compliments on how the new roof looks as well as amazed the neighbors also complimented on how the workers thoroughly cleaned up around the house after the work was done. My wife and and I are extremely happy with the final results. We were so happy, we did not hesitate using them again for a project on our other house. New Era Roofing performs high quality work and has a team of people who really do care that you are satisfied.

New Era Roofing saved us. We had an emergency over the weekend where others roofers pulled out half of our roof and didn't show up the next day to finish the job (Not to mention they acted like they had no idea what they were doing). We called New Era Roofing on a Saturday with our emergency and within less than 2 hours Eber the owner showed up to assess our situation and give us a quote.
He was very professional and knowledgeable and the price he quoted was very reasonable so we went with them. Eber made sure the process went very smoothly for us. He answered every question and addressed every concern we had. He was extremely accommodating and three days later, that same Tuesday our whole roof was replaced and it looks beautiful. His roofers were very professional and we will recommend them for sure. Thank you for everything!

The whole process from start to finish was very easy and everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. I was kept in the loop of every thing that was being done. The roof looks great and can't complain about anything or anybody at New Era Roofing. Eber the owner was great to deal with and the girl in the office was great. This is my second time using New Era Roofing. They will continue to be my go to roofing company. They replaced the roof on my previous home before we sold it and did an excellent job. So when we bought a house that needed a new roof we knew exactly who to call. Their team did an excellent job on the installation which took just over 2 days. Their team was professional and respectful of my home and needs throughout the process.
What I appreciate most is that they own their mistakes. Their office got a little behind on closing out the permit on the second job. They responded promptly to my questions about it and rectified the situation quickly. Things happen on a project. What I care about is how they are handled. New Era Handled them with grace and professionalism. I will continue to hire them for my roofing needs and will refer them to anyone who asks.

New Era Roofing came recommended and did not disappoint. We were able to see work done on other homes and felt they were the right choice. We stand by our decision to work with New Era Roofing. They provided great communication and made the whole process very easy. They were also very very fast when it came down to getting the old roof off and the new one installed.
The crew cleaned up after everyday and did all within their power to respect the area in which they were working. They do not use subcontractors and they are insured - which I really liked!

I was impressed with Eber's oversight of his crew and really appreciated the fact that the crew cleaned up every night before leaving. There's a lot of debris when a roof is replaced. My quote from Eber was right in line with the other bids and easy to work with. I decided to give Eber the roof job since his bid outlined the services he would be providing. I was concerned about my Koi Pond that is next to the house and they made a cloth cover attached to the roof edges to catch any falling debris. He was very considerate of any request you made and was able to communicate to his workers. The roof looks great and the area was cleared and clean. I definitely would recommend him. The best in Fort Lauderdale.

When I first had Angie's list send out requests for estimates, they called me within 10 minutes. Even after I mentioned I wanted a couple more estimates (to repair a roof leak), he graciously offered to place a tarp over the area where he found the leak and did so even though it had started to rain a little (fortunately he finished before it rained harder).
A couple days after I hired them they showed promptly and performed the repair. They were courteous, professional and provided photos of the area where they laid new underlayment and the tiles after the work was finished. They repaired a couple of times that had cracked as well. It has rained hard since the repair and my ceiling is still dry. I would recommend New Era Roofing without hesitation.

Best customer experience I've been exposed to in a long time, not only are they professionals and very good at their craft, they understand that a job is about the customer as well, that we need to understand the process.
