My professional Justin S. arrived on time inspected my hot water tank, it was leaking and had visible corrosion. We discussed my options because my unit was 15 years old. Upon deciding to replace the unit I was educated on the options and decided upon a unit. Installation began and everything went well, after installation I was once again educated on my new unit and what work was performed. Very good professional service. A bit more expensive than what I expected to pay but the quality work was worth it. They ran about 500 higher than the national average for water heater replacement according to Google and Home Depot. However, I would recommend their work. Our repairman was very professional clean and respected our home by being super careful in removing the old heater and bringing in the new one.

The installer Juan did a really great professional job putting in our 40 galllon water heater. He was spectacular. My son Scott and I were very pleased with his work as well as friendly courteous attitude. Scott told me he was impressed by all the work Juan did on the connections for a really nice custom fit. I called plumbing express at the last minute needed to install a shutoff valve for a new refrigerator. They were out within two hours, Diego was our plumber. This young man was extremely professional! He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and never once hesitated because the job was bigger than we thought. Diego was awesome! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a plumber. They were extremely professional, reasonably priced and just an all around great experience!

My kitchen drain has been clogged for a few days and Draino and some of the other drainage brands just wasn't cutting it. Called Flatley's Plumbing Express and they sent a plumber almost immediately, which I was shocked! They even sent a text message along with the plumber's name. Diego was VERY PROFESSIONAL and polite explaining to me as he was unclogging the drain.
At one point, he attempted 3 times to get the drain to move. Diego was diligent and persistent at getting the water to move through the drain. Mission accomplished! Once he was finished, Diego made sure the area was clean. 1,000 Thanks to Diego and I will call/recommend Flatley's again for my plumbing needs. Again for thanks Diego and Flatley's for a job well done!
