This review is specifically for Kevin from ecology exterminating. Kevin came to help with a mouse problem. Upon attempting to let him in, I stupidly locked myself out of my 2nd floor apartment. I was freaking out a little, no keys, no phone, no shoes (I know, I don't know why I stepped outside, not my best moment). So anyways, as I'm panicking outside my front door, Kevin proceeds to go with my neighbor into her back yard, hop the fence to my yard, scale the building to my second floor balcony, open the back door and come to my rescue.

He went completely above and beyond his job description (understatement of the century) and saved me from a potential 3 hours of waiting barefoot on my stoop for my boyfriend to come home. When we were finally inside, he killed it at solving our mouse problem. He is spiderman, and maybe a God. I recommend him 125%

After being royally screwed by Orkin, 75 Nassau, New Hyde Park location, (notorious for no-call-no shows, so of course they never showed up) I was left scrambling to find an exterminator to service my apartment on Christmas Eve. I went to yelp, plugged in my ZIP Code, and found Ecology and noticed that they provided 24 hour service. I left a message with their messaging service and the very next morning (Christmas eve morning) received a phone call from Jeffrey.

I explained my situation and got appointment for 3 PM on Christmas Eve. Joe showed up on time, prepared with all of the necessary tools to battle pantry moths to the death, helped me empty out all of my cabinets, sprayed my entire unit, and helped me replace every item. It's businesses like this that make me feel good about supporting small and local. Ecology literally saved my Christmas eve. Joe was in and out in less than two hours, and I was happy to note that there was no strong chemical odor.

They use plant-based product that is safe around children and animals. And the price? They charged me for three visits what Orkin was going to charge me for one visit. Friendly, efficient, reliable, good communication, they return phone calls, they accommodate requests on holidays, you speak to the owner, he makes your appointment and sends his technician. Amazing service and I highly recommend them. Buh-bye pantry moths!

Fantastic. We have a recurring problem with ants every year, and every year these guys come in and hundreds of ants disappear. Not only that but when you call them they treat you like you're the only customer they've had all day. They're kind, they apologize sincerely for any waiting, they work with your schedule. If you've got bugs use these guys.

Ecology was WONDERFUL. I have NO complaints. Everytime I called, the staff was really nice, understanding and very helpful. I cant recommend them enough. I had the same guy doing all the visits, although he wasn't the nicest, he was all about doing his job and he did a superb job. He was very thorough and informative. They did their visits and I haven't had bed bugs since! Thank you Ecology!

As a Real Estate broker, I deal with a lot of inspectors. For Termite inspections, I use Ecology Exterminating Services. Jeff is great-- he's prompt, thorough and explains the process and any issues in a clear, patient manner so everyone understands exactly what's going on. I can't recommend him highly enough.
