First off, Grande was responsive to setting up an appointment promptly and began work the next day. After a day of installation it finally began cooling again. The technicians worked hard at it all day and let us know they were almost done. When they were done they explained the process and how to work the new thermostat. Very happy with their work!

I have a 2 story home and the temp upstairs has consistently been about 10-15 degrees warmer than downstairs. We'd freeze downstairs while the bedrooms upstairs hardly got any air flow. I've used Grande before and had them come out to take a look. Turns out I had dampers that weren't working and a leak in my duct work. They were able to replace the dampers and duct work and also installed an air purification system to help combat seasonal allergies. The difference upstairs now is night and day! I appreciate they're honesty and responsiveness and would highly recommend them.

We had our A/C just stopped working one night. I called them after hours and they were the only one who returned my call. I talked to a lady and she gave me a schedule for the morning at 10am. 10 mins before 10am I got a called from their technician Jaime that he is on his way. With a terribly moldy supply system Grande's team was there to help. Had a quick competitive quote and the replacement system including air handler and all supply ducts, buckets, grills in just a few days. Removal and install was completed in just 1 day. They also installed a great air cleaner which has drastically helped with allergens and odors in the house. Great folks! I'll definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

My AC was blowing warm air, inside my house it was 98° I called Grande Air solutions and they sent Yamel right away. He was able to diagnose the problem and was able to fix it. I am very happy with the great customer service he had. I even learned some things I didn't know about the AC unit. He was Very thorough and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Unfortunately my AC went out, but the people from Grande Air Solutions did a fantastic job fixing it. I took them less than one hour to get to my location after I call them. The person that I spoke with was Isael, he gave me a couple of option and quoted me a very fair price. I would say they took care of the problem in less than 45 mins, and even sent pictures and video since I had to go back to my job. I definitely recommend them.

Izzy and his team are so amazing! Our AC went out on the hottest evening of the summer and within hours he was at our home fixing it so our baby wouldn't have to sleep in a hot house. We continued to use him to repair some AC ducts in our attic and fully service our AC unit. He was always on time and went above and beyond! This is a true professional- honest and thorough. I had done my own quick assessment that our reversing valve on our heat pump was bad. I jumped to the wrong conclusion and he could have charged me big bucks for replacing that reversing valve- that wasn't it, it was that the stat was bad (something I should have caught), and we got it replaced and he only charged me for the service call. I highly recommend Grande to anyone!

Excellent service. Isael was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable of not just the AC unit but with the HVAC service as a whole. Because of this experience, he explained to me the discrepancy in price and why he was more affordable than others. I would definitely call again if service is needed.

Isael and staff were very helpful, and Isael came within an hour after we called. He understood the urgency of the situation because it was a hot day and we needed the AC to stay on, instead of turning the unit off to keep water from coming down. Isael is also very knowledgeable and always works fast and diligently to fix the issue.

These are the guys you want to call for AC and heating. I've used them for 3 years. They are friendly, explain what's going on, and honest; have provided me short term workarounds and long term fixes for both my gas fireplace, heating, and now AC. My AC went out Thursday and it was replaced by yesterday afternoon and at an amazingly fair, competitive cost for a brand new AC unit. Zero pressure.
