I would highly recommend using them! From start to finish the office lady's were very polite and informative. The estimator was very detailed and the quote was reasonable. When they arrived, they moved everything much quicker than expected and were very considerate and kind. The movers Oscar, Darin, Jackson and Tray were the best movers we have ever had. Hopefully, I won't have to relocate any time soon but when I do I will definitely be hiring Exclusive Moving and Delivery.

This company was great! They arrived on time, and were fast and efficient. They were not able to get up our steep driveway at our new house and had to walk everything up the driveway. They did all that with a smile on their face and were still very fast. Highly recommend this moving company!

Originally hired a different company that came in saying could do the job. They however couldn't move a couple pieces of furniture. Found out about Exclusive Moving and Delivery and gave them a call. It was an emergency call as all my furniture had to be moved out by the next day. They were not only able to squeeze my stuff in but they did it in a super professional manner, on time with great communication and super careful in all aspects of the process. Will 100% be my first call next time I move. They are so polite, hardworking, and just wonderful people!

I recently reached out to Felix 4 days before I had to move, he was super responsive via email and text to accommodate me last minute. I hired 3 guys from his team and these guys absolutely crushed the move. They worked extremely hard were super professional and careful with all my furniture and valuables. Brian came prior to my move and gave a quote. His team is Outstanding! The evening prior to my move, I received a confirmation call. Then, the morning of my move his team leader called 30minutes prior to arrival. If you want your items packed and moved efficiently with care, Brian and his team are who you want! They have moved my mother, aunt, uncle for a long distance move and a few family friends. We all have the same opinion Brian's team (Exclusive Movers) is EXCELLENT!

This company actually made moving painless. We moved from Center City Charlotte to Jupiter Florida. They were in Florida bright and early the next morning and were gone by lunchtime. Everything was wrapped and we could not have asked for nicer guys. If I ever have to move again they will be my first call.

They are friendly, responsive, on time, and their work is impeccable. I've used them about 3 times now and have never had an issue. Moving is a lot of work and they made it stress-free for me. The best move I've experienced out of 4 moves by a professional company. Very efficient, polite, hard workers. No time wasted. No damage to any of the items moved. The crew took great care to protect the floors, walls and doorways of our new home. As a plus, they delivered a clothes dryer to my son's house locally and additional items to a storage center.

Due to a late closing, they moved all of my items into the house beginning at 3pm and worked until 9pm to complete the move. The manager, Brian, ran the project as a professional and was very personable. Highly recommended.

Brian Aguilar helped us out with a good crew who showed up on time and helped us complete our move. We did 2 rounds with them due to us splitting our stuff from the old to the new. They were extremely careful with our stuff, always double and triple wrapped things to not damage property. We hired a crew of 3 and they were very efficient. I would definitely recommend them as a solid moving company who does good work.

My experience was nothing but positive -- from the first call, the scheduling of a small move, the gentlemen who arrived early, and the care they took making sure all was safe. I could not ask for more and most definitely will use them again.

On a 5-star rating scale, I would give Exclusive Movers 10 stars! They were exceptional, professional, took great care with my furniture and made sure my move went as smoothly as possible. From the very beginning when I met with Brian to get an estimate, I was impressed with the level of expertise, pride in their work and commitment to excellence.

Any time I had questions, concerns or needed clarification, Brian was available. I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and my expectations were not only met - but exceeded. I was also very happy with the cleanliness of the truck, the amount of packing materials used (there was more than enough) and how they weren't scarce on making sure every item was properly wrapped, cushioned and protected.

The team all had great attitudes throughout the day, even with all the physical labor involved. Equally as important is that none of my items were damaged! MAJOR SUCCESS! A few days after the move, I contacted Brian regarding a couple adjustments that needed to be made on a furniture piece's reassembly. He immediately scheduled a couple team members to come back to resolve the issue. I was 100% satisfied. I was lucky to find Exclusive Movers through Homeadvisor and they were absolutely incredible! Brian displayed great customer service from beginning to end with quotes, scheduling, etc. Oscar and Panchu packed and loaded our things fast and with care. They also helped me with a few extra things that shows they have care and want to put their customers first. If we have to move again, Exclusive Movers will be the only company I call. We used Exclusive Moving & Delivery for a complete household move from Cornelius to South East Charlotte. We could not have been more pleased. Brian, the owner and his team did an outstanding job. We were moving from a very large house and decided to do it in 4 different deliveries over a 1 month period. Brian was a pleasure to work with. He was very flexible, and understood the layout of the houses at both ends.

He helped us decide the best plan for making the move. We also used him for packing of the smaller items. He also moved the contents of a storage unit. We have moved many times during my work career with a number of the large nationwide companies. Brian was the best mover we ever had. He wrapped everything very well. We had absolutely no damage and nothing was lost in the moves.

Since the household move we have used him on 3 other occasions for delivering furniture and a whole house standby generator. Brian does such a great job that he takes most of the stress out of relocating. He is definitely our go-to guy for any delivery or large furniture moves. His pricing seemed to be very fair. This company is phenomenal from top to bottom. Brian is an attentive, accommodating, and fair person to work with. A team of guys helped pack our belongings for an out-of-state move, and the items were so well packed that only one item had shifted and was damaged during the two part move (one move of all belongings to storage, then from storage to PA). Brian made things right immediately. Shoutout to Johnny, Trey, Keith, and Miguel for doing an excellent job unloading and maintaining a positive attitude. They treated us like family and our belongings like their own. Thanks again!

The team did a great job. Our move was scheduled for mid-January but the buyers of our home needed to push back the closing for a week. Exclusive Moving had no problem rescheduling. I also needed them to first pick up some items from a storage unit and then move everything from a 3 BR house plus shed and patio furniture. It was cold and icy in the morning but the three-man team did a great job loading up.

They kept our furniture overnight and then had to wait for our home purchase closing to be completed and get the keys for our new house. Took them until 9PM but they worked hard and were very efficient. They were always willing to place furniture where we directed them (and also move a few things around). Excellent service and fair pricing.

The owner and crew were great to work with. They were professional, on time, respectful of my time and property. They used moving pads and shrink wrap to protect my furniture and other belongings. This is the first move I've had where something wasn't damaged. The move was completed within 4 hours. Wonderful! Will use Brian and his crew again.

Brian and his assistant were wonderful. Very quick and efficient and nice guys!

These guys were awesome. They worked solid for six hours. The only time they stopped was when we got pizza for lunch and they took about 5 minutes to eat a piece and when back to work. Respectful of my things, not one thing broken or dinged. They are a great value for the cost and a great company to use when you are moving.

I thought that kind of understanding, customer service oriented, honorable company had disappeared - I would highly recommend Exclusive on all points.
