Excellent experience! Quality work, reasonable price, exceptional customer service. I worked with Sound Painting to paint cabinets and kitchen trim before selling a condo. The owner, Jeff, provided a competitive quote and was able to schedule the work quickly. The crew leader, Elizar, was extremely easy to work with -- understood what we wanted, regularly communicated updates, quickly fixed a minor mistake, got the job done well, etc. When we asked to add a set of additional work, Elizar and Jeff worked with us to get the second set of work done right away. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Sound Painting Solutions has a skilled and professional team, and their quoting and payment system so easy to work with. Everything is clear and transparent from the start, no surprises. The pricing is absolutely reasonable for the quality of preparation and painting. They do great work, and helped me out with some paint color issues I was having, and left my house neat and clean and looking fantastic!

I inquired about having the inside of my house painted on Wednesday evening, and Jeff had his team of painters here by Friday morning! The job was complete and done well by Friday night! Sound Painting painted our hallway and stairwell that previously had wallpaper. They did a quality job of making sure we couldn't tell wallpaper had ever been there. It took longer than expected but that was well communicated and still within the budget given at the start of the project. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

We had a very good experience with this project, which was actually several small jobs. The workers were on time, very friendly and courteous, and did a very professional job. There was a little bit of sticker shock when I got the total price, but that always happens with contractors. Overall a big thumbs-up! If I could give them 6 stars, I would! This process has been smooth and professional from start to finish, and we are totally thrilled with the final product. From the beginning, communication was excellent. Connor was patient, clear and thorough during the estimate process and took the time to answer all our questions. SPS was actually so on time they started 4 days early! They reached out and we're very communicative about starting early and we were able to accommodate them. It was a surprise, but a welcome one. Our deck hadn't been stained in a while and they did a great job sanding and staining and the final product looks amazing! James and Nacho were very professional, courteous, and clear in what they were doing and when. While more expensive than other quotes, it's worth the money!

I reached out to Sound Painting Solutions to get an estimate on interior painting (which I have hired them for, but that service won't happen until January so this review is not for that!) and noticed that they also do deck repair. My deck was falling apart, so I asked them to also estimate that work. My house is in Seattle, but I currently am on the East Coast, which can make working with contractors difficult, but SPS was very responsive and very easy to work with! Connor came out when he said he would and called me while he was on location to talk with me about what he was seeing and answered my many, many questions.

I'm really grateful that he was able to chat with me about my different options. There was a slight hiccup in ordering materials, but Kirsta at the office was really communicative about what was going on, and despite this hiccup, they were actually able to start the work earlier than they had anticipated. I am heading to Seattle this weekend, and I'm really excited to see my deck in person, but I've seen photographs and it looks great!

There were some covid-related delays, but the team was very communicative about it, and I'm very happy that they took the health and well-being of their crew seriously! We just completed our third interior painting job with Sound Painting. Everyone we've worked with there has been incredibly professional and helpful. Jeff, the co-owner, completed our quotes and gave great advice on paint plus drywalling (which we were doing ourselves). They're great about meeting clients' needs without trying to up-sell on unwanted services. We've been really happy with each final product, and appreciate the crew's efforts to go above and beyond in making our DIY drywall look its absolute best.

We've been working with Jeff DuPont and Sound Painting Solutions for a number of years now. Jeff and the entire team have more than met our expectations on each project. Our projects have included exterior siding & millwork replacement, custom exterior woodwork as well as exterior and interior painting. At each project, the team at Sound Painting Solutions has worked carefully with our tenants, their guests and patients to assure safety and ease of access while still completing the projects on time. We could not be happier with the quality of work that Sound Painting Solutions has provided us each time!

I cannot overstate how positive my experience was with Sound Painting Solutions. The workmanship was outstanding, and they were extremely fast. But what most impressed me was how they responded to a miscommunication. I asked them to match the colors of our house, but one of the colors they matched was to a our vinyl siding, and that wasn't exactly what I wanted them to do. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the error until the painting was finished.

When I mentioned this to them, they were incredibly gracious and told me they wanted me to be happy and they corrected the error the very next day. I'm not sure they made a profit on my job because of this, but they were incredibly professional about this. I could say a lot more about them and how great their service was, but here's the short version: Stop your search for a painter right now, and call them. I could not possibly be more satisfied with their work, and I will use them again with several rental properties that I own

We are very happy with the job done on the exterior of our house. Painters showed up on time and worked consistently throughout the day. There was good communication and good attention to details. Our neighbors report that the painters were very respectful and considerate in covering their house (which is close to ours). They were clean, organized and finished the job on time. Communication from the office was timely and scheduling was easy and clear. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I talked to about 5 local painting companies before landing on Sound Paint Solutions. They were responsive from start to finish, transparent and fair with pricing, and did a thorough but quick job with the interior paint job. Arrived at 8:30 and completed 2 full tricky rooms by 5 with immaculate clean up. Not to mention the painters were just lovely! Highly recommend

Sound Painting Solutions just repainted our kitchen and master bath cabinets and we are thrilled with the outcome. Our white cabinets were pretty beat up after 20 years of kids, dogs, and general wear and tear. They now look brand new! The work quality and attention to detail is excellent. Crew was great and very responsive when we had questions. Pricing was competitive -- not the highest or lowest bid we got, but we felt good about the thorough nature of the SPS bid process. We would definitely use Sound Painting Solutions again and highly recommend to others.

I want to update my review from 2013 when SPS did an amazing job painting my salon! It's held up through vigorous daily cleaning better than I could have imagined! This past week I had SPS paint my garage and I am again beyond happy with the results. The colors are exactly what I wanted, the prep work was on point, and the workers were polite and talented. I also appreciated the payment options and invoicing! I look forward to working with this company again!

This company was great to work with! We reached out to several painting companies to ask about the status of our external paint since we anticipated needing a re-seal, as well as some of our eaves/fascia which we thought needed replacing (all of this based on recommendations from our inspector). Connor from Sound Painting was available to come out and look at our house pretty quickly, and he was super informative!

He helped us learn that we didn't need to do any immediate repainting (something another company had tried to sign us up for in excess of $10k) and that only one of our fascia needed replacing. The carpenter and painter both came out and were done within only a few hours each and did a great job, it looks brand new. And the paint job on the underside of our eaves is so well done, you can't even tell where it was painted, despite us not having any of the original house paint left for them to work with. Thank you so much, SPS! We will definitely be reaching out to you in a few years when it's time for a repaint.

Surprisingly great and easy! The cedar shake on the south side of our house had been getting soft for a few years and paint was beginning to peel. I got an estimate over a zoom call (during quarantine) by providing requested pictures. The carpenters came out first and replaced almost the entire side of the house and even did it more quietly than expected.

When they were done the only difference was that all the old crap cedar shake shingles were gone and nice new cedar shingles were left behind in their place. A few weeks later the painters showed up and were able to almost perfectly color match against the previous paint ( we were only having the one side painted ) even though we didn't have any record of what the color was.

It took 2 days of work but everything was pretty much perfect once they were done. They did a great job taping off around windows and covering the plants under the side of the house.

Sound Painting did our entire home exterior, including the fence and stand alone garage. Fantastic experience from sales to completion. The crew that worked on our home were experienced, polite and easy to work with. My husband was traveling the week of our project so I was juggling everything on my own. There was constant communication with everyone from the schedulers to the project managers and painting crew.

They are responsive and always put the customer first. I have already recommended Sound to my neighbors who were watching our project as it progressed. It's pretty cool when your neighbors note how great the folks doing your project are. Needless to say, our home is just gorgeous. We are thrilled with the results!

When it comes to paying a big chunk of money for someone to do a project for you, it makes me a bit anxious wondering if it'll turn out to be a complete headache. You can rest easy and know you'll be in great hands with Jeff and his crew! I received 5 different estimates for interior painting and Jeff's was by far the best quote. I felt like others were trying to price gouge me just because we're in Seattle and they drive the price up for everything. Anyway, that's not the only reason I selected Sound Painting Solutions for the job though. Jeff was very personable when he came out for the quote and was always prompt with his email communication throughout.

Painting took two days and he reached out to see how things looked after the first day and once the job was complete. Gary, the project manager that led the crew was also so friendly and amazing! I felt completely comfortable asking questions and even pointing out when a line needed to be straightened out. He had great attention to detail and would look closely for any missed spots on the walls. Gary definitely cared and wanted me to be happy with the end result.

He also assured me he would come back out if I noticed anything else. Overall, I absolutely love my new accent wall in my guest room and in the stairwell! I'll recommend this company to any of my friends in need of a painter and I'm glad that I now have someone to count on for a future exterior project when the need arises!
