To be up-front, I did not use these folks for the roof repair, although I would. It was minor work that was needed. Called Tobias, He immediately picked up the phone, both times. Told him my issue and he let me know they are stacked up on work. He inquired where the work was needed which is close to his house. Left me with the feeling that he would have me taken care of this week despite his busy schedule. By other reviews the work they do is quality, I can't speak to that.but I can tell you that responsiveness and customer care seems to be a priority at this outfit.
