I had a backed up line and Justin arrived on time and was very professional in his interaction with me. He assessed the problem by asking me questions and then determined what needed to be done. Poor guy got drenched with rain but did not stop him from completing the job and making sure drain was clear. Highly recommended. He did not leave until verified it was clear. Contracted out by HomeShield, had Scott as my repairmen. Probably easiest and painless repair visits I've ever had. Once I got the request for a visit in, Scott got a hold of me in no time. Once he gave me the diagnosis, he made me aware of possible extra work and cost. Once we got an understanding of the situation, Scott went straight to it; including travel time and him needing to get the new unit, he was done in 2-3 hours. Scott's service was top-notch! I highly recommend.
