Had a roof replace in February at my residence, Matt was awesome, very helpful and they did a good job with a fair price. Had to get a roof repair on a rental house recently due to Idalia and fallen tree branch. Contacted Matt who got Dallas to get with me. Very quick response time, and schedule of service to repair the damage. Dallas provided good information on repair process, scheduling and communication. We were getting conflicting reports on damage to our roof. Dennis came out. Did a thorough inspection and sat down with me and my grandson and explained all that needed to be done and how to be done. I wanted a quote for my roof because I know cost are going up and wanted to know what the life was on my roof. Although I have not made a final decision on when to do the roof. The roofing company was doing a roof for my neighbor. I called 3 contractors. Out of 3 roofing contractors i called, none of them made the appointment on time. The head supervisor Dennis Wood who was kind enough to come over and give me a fair assessment after I approached him.

The quote came back lower than others who wanted double to do less. Everything was explained up front with no hidden fees or agenda. Very honest company. Santee and his crew did a superb job. Attention to detail of his crew was great. Santee worked magic on my difficult flat roof. 1st time in 5 years I'm not worried about the rainy season.

I had went through this company for a full removal of old shingles, and installation of new shingles on my first home. i had Dennis W come out for a quote at first, he answered all my questions. with Matt helping me through the process to get approved financing was also super easy, and took less than 20 minutes! after i had all my ducks in a row, my roof was scheduled for install the week later, and Carlos and his crew got it done in just one day! so far, i have not experienced any problems after the fact such as leaks. also went up there and walked around and roof was sturdy, no loose spots, etc. Dakota came out after the fact to look over the finished project, and answered any questions or concerns i had. i will definitely continue to use this company in the future for all my roofing needs, and will recommend them to others. again, a BIG shout out to Dennis, Matt, Dakota, and Carlos!

I can't say enough about The Roofing Company. From day one with talking with one of the lady's, to set up an appointment, to Dave(the sales rep), to the roofing crew, to Dennis(supervisor), to Megan and then Jennifer. This Company has the best employees. They are truly with you from start to finish and then some. They really do care about their customers and strive to make it perfect, with less stress on the customer. By far my best experience with a Company. They are now the one's I will recommend to all my family and friends.

In our community, the homeowners association is responsible for roof replacements. We initially solicited a contract to do the first 11 buildings. In the bidding process, we spoke with Matt Lentz and Chris Hloska at The Roofing Company and were very impressed with their responses to all of our questions. We were especially impressed with the quality of the roof shingles and other materials they use.

Not so much with some of the other bidders. The Roofing Company bid was the lowest and there were no extra fees. Once the roof replacements began, their crew ensured that they proceeded smoothly and quickly. They always left a clean job site at the end of every day. Their project supervisor, Dennis Wood, was instrumental in this process. He quickly resolved any issues that occurred and always kept us informed as the job proceeded as to when the work crews would be here and the status of any pending issues.

I have nothing but positive to say about this place, and have went on to recommend them to anyone who even mentions needing a roof. From start to finish it went smoothly, even through Covid times where there were supply issues, we made it through. The guys who did the work were so quick and had everything done in two days. They even made sure to triple sweep the yard when I asked to make sure they got all nails bc we have dogs. They covered everything around the house including our tortoises area. They were so neat during the whole process. And now our roof looks beautiful!

I'll preface this by saying I'm the classic "over thinker" when it comes to any large purchase. I began my roofing review/interviews/estimates with various companies in November 2020. In all I had 10 come out over a 2-3 week period. Because this was such a large investment and so many things can go wrong with a roof, I really needed absolutely sure the company I hired was the perfect fit.

I believe it was Chris that came out and did my estimate. Over the course of the next few months I took my time to make a decision. I had it narrowed down to 3 roofers and The Roofing Company is the only one I didn't have to chase down for an updated quote. I also really enjoyed learning about about the background of the company and had a friend who works with Google check for any reviews that looks like they were left by bots or fake accounts.

I got the got the shingles ordered that I wanted. The rain really slowed them down but the crew did phenomenal and were so friendly. Worked in intense heat and even some light rain. Time will tell how the roof holds up but nothing is indicating that I will have any issues and ultimately i have a real sense of security knowing my roof was replaced by people who care and know their stuff.

I appreciate Dakota and his communication and i really think of anything they could improve upon. After the job was complete the crew went around and cleaned up any debris left behind. Absolutely 100% percent happy with The Roofing Company. Thanks for reading my novel.

It's really all about integrity. The Roofing Company is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and do top notch work. They kept every promise they made to us and surpassed my expectations. The roofing Company's Chris was informative, respectful, gave me a fair quote for a superior product, Landmark Pro shingles, and was classy and did not bad mouth other companies as one of the others had. My gut and many positive, well deserved reviews, made it easy to choose them. From the start, everyone I dealt with in the Company were great. The two Chris's, Matt, Kimba and Jenny all provided excellent communication and pretty much immediate assistance and followed thru on every single promise.

Very honest company. We had them come out and give us an estimate on our home as well as a rental home. They could have tried to sell us two roofs however, they were honest and said that we still had life left in our roof and it did not need to be replaced at this time. The communication was immeasurable throughout the process of replacing the rental home roof.

The materials were on back order however, they called every week or two with an update. They took before during and after pictures to let us know what was going to be replaced what was replaced and what they did replace. Dakota menace out there for a final inspection and we had a few items of concern. He had people out within a few days to address our concerns and then scheduled another walk around with us.

When he came to get the check I actually had to cancel due to a flat tire. He knew my husband was out of town and offered to come change my tire for me. Although I declined I appreciated the offer. I would definitely recommend the roofing company to my friends and family and will be using them in the future.

My main complaint is the scheduling. I waited nearly 2 months. Dealing with an active leak that took 5 times to patch until the schedule would allow the installation to begin. That is why the 4 star rating. Once they arrived, the workers were professional. They worked very hard and completed the job with no problems. Fortunately, the rains stayed away and there were no delays.

I love the finished roof they did an excellent job. Very pleased even with the cleanup when the job was complete as well. I would like to mention and compliment the Supervisor Dennis Wood. He is an asset to the company. He is knowledgeable and has the people skills to be the customer service liaison with the impatient clients. He is also very adept at patching to hold off the leaks until instillation day.

Impressed with The Roofing Company, start to finish. Most impressed with the staff from the estimator, the crew, the office folks to the company owner who even got personally involved. They did a great job getting the job done with professionalism and also getting it done quick. We were paying out of pocket and they weren't the least expensive but gave us a great product and also did t try to push us to file a claim like others did. Great job. The Roofing Company was the first out of three companies I contacted for an estimate and they by far exceeded my expectation and set the bar for the other 2 companies. I was able to get someone by the name of Dave to come out to inspect my roof within 24 hours of contacting them, after experiencing a small leak in my master bathroom.
