Very pleased with the service we got from Straight Shooter Plumbing! We had a leak and the scheduling was quick. Jacob and his team arrived on time and where very thorough and professional. We couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!

Amazing company. Had a pinhole puncture in a copper pipe that was causing big problems. Gave them a call and they got out first thing the morning for us and fixed the pipe. I will only ever call them from now on. Amazing and friendly people and excellent service.

Steve was terrific. I had two leaks right around/underneath two different water heaters and from all appearances to the untrained eye it was the water heaters leaking. He diagnosed the problems and it had nothing to do with the water heater.or even my plumbing. One was the HVAC and the other was the outdoor sprinkler leaking into the basement. Straight Shooter Plumbing and Rooter is definitely my plumber of choice.

Opening up home after winter closure resulted in broken main water valve. Contacted Straight Shooter Plumbing for emergency situation on a weekend. They sent out Technician Jacob Love within hours of my call. Jacob was very professional. Not only did he fix main problem he checked and double checked every system in the home to assure everything functional. He also gave me great advice on better winterizing plumbing. Very satisfied customer.

Nick came out for clogged kitchen plumbing, but we found out the plumbing was in worse shape than it should have been in. He was able to come back out the next day and replace the whole line for a very fair price. The job was left spotless as well when they left even with removing some of the drywall. Main water line break Rocks, Rocks and more Rocks This was by far one of the most challenging jobs this crew had ever tackled (due to what lies beneath) and they did it with the most positive attitudes I've ever seen! These guys were amazing! Fair price and quality work. Even helped me turn off the water on a Saturday to my place when I went on vacation because I was worried about a leak. Were quick to deal with hiccups with my outdated and small heater and were totally calm and professional every step of the way. Never uncharged me or tried to sell me more then what they needed too. Our pipes froze and I really appreciate the quick and great response I got when I called Straight Shooter Plumbing. They came out the same day and were very efficient at finding the issues, Also, they took pictures so I could understand what exactly was going on in the crawl space. They kept me informed and came back the next day to block off some vents that were wide open. These guys were polite and very courteous and 100% would use them again and recommend to all my friends. Quick version: Steve and Straight Shooter Plumbing were responsive, thorough, professional and so knowledgeable. We were able to witness this in both an emergency situation and in a later repair visit. We have officially found our family plumber! : ---------- We found Steve and Straight Shooter Plumbing when our back was against a wall with a leak/small flood one morning.

Our usual local plumbing company couldn't get out for an extended period of time and time was of the essence. After a quick call explaining our situation, Steve not only made it out quickly, but helped us get a mitigation team deployed and kept up communication throughout the process. Post mitigation process we had Steve and Nick back out to fix a few issues that had been uncovered and they did an incredible job.

They were communicative, conscientious, honest and thorough. This uniquely quirky house gave them a challenge and they were able to remove a disgusting RO system, repipe under our sink and solve a couple other issues. Give them a call!

Steve, with Straight Shooter Plumbing, does excellent work! Plus, he is very nice and professional which is equally important. He was very prompt when our water restoration project manager (JJ with AllKlean) reached out to him. He came right over and helped fix a couple leaks under our sink. He fully replaced the pipes and valves. After completing the repair, we explained we'd like to consider having him back to help with some other projects.

He gave us estimates on upgrades like moving our water shut off valve to the garage and adding a water filtration system and or a water softener. He can also extend our bathroom from one sink bowl to two sink bowls. Both of these would be lovely upgrades. I'd highly recommend Steve to help you with your plumbing needs! Steve at Straight Shooter Plumbing and Rooter saved our bacon when our sewage pump stopped working right before Thanksgiving. They helped us get a temporary fix figured out until parts could be shipped. Then, they stood out in the freezing cold for 2 days fixing it. I was very impressed with their work ethic and commitment to getting us up and running again!
