AC Went down. Scheduled with Nelson and never got a call back the next day confirming. I ended up using another company. Spoke to owner and he cleared it up with me. Good guy.

So thankful for this company they came in and helped us tremendously when our garage had a huge condenser leak! They fixed the problem in 24 hours! Another company we called tried to scam us and kept the water flowing all through our garage!!!!!! Thanks to Nelson air conditioning we have our AC running super cold and no flooding!!!

First we used Nelson's for our business. Installed 2 large units on our roof and it was done ahead of time and our company was grateful for the professionalism on the owner Scott. He knows his stuff. Then our AC had issues at home and he educated me on the current unit, which was old vs you a new unit and I was sold. Again he did a great job and we feel cooler and paying less per month. Our a/c had failed us 3 times last summer, so we had been thinking about overhauling the whole thing for a while. When I scheduled heater maintenance around Nov, I met Scott, and I told him about our situation. He was very professional, knowledgeable and gave his suggestions without any pressure, which I appreciated. After sitting on it for a couple months, we finally pulled the trigger. Scott's team was very professional, courteous, and efficient.

In 2 days they were able to take apart and dispose of our old furnace, ac, venting, condenser, and replace them all. Additionally, they relocated the heater to the attic crawl space, so we got an extra closet! I cannot express how great everything came out. Scott and his team delivered everything they said they would, and helped give us peace of mind with the oncoming cold and hot days. Called, scheduled for next day and he showed up! Nice guy, straight forward and determined to solve my problems in both of my air units. I called Nelson Air to come to my business to give me a quote. I own a grooming salon and was looking to tap into my current air conditioning unit and run a duct into my kennel room, where we keep the dogs, so they would stay nice and cool as well. The owner came initially to give me the quote and the price was fair. We set up a time for one of his guys to come back to do the job. The guy that came was friendly and did a good job. Two thumbs up.
