Tucson Plumbing did all the plumbing in our new house in Tucson in 2021. Everything they did was top quality. The owner, Chris, even took the time to give us advice on water softening. Since we moved in, we have made a few changes that were all done perfectly by Ron and his crew. We could not be happier with Tucson Plumbing, and always recommend them.

Excellent customer service Brandon was our plumber and he was great evaluating our PRV leak and making replacement. Very thorough in explaining the process. Gave us a cost estimate right away I was impressed that he automatically put on shoe covers when we went in the house to also discuss water softener options Highly recommend

Chris did a great job on my toilet repair. He came early (which was great) and was very professional. He explained the needed repairs and quickly completed the job. He left everything cleaner than before he came. Price very reasonable. I appreciate that this company doesn't try to upsell services like some others I've dealt with in the past. Thanks!

I called on Tucson Plumbing because of how long they have been in business, and because they have the shills and equipment to tackle most any job. I requested to have a number of new remote rear yard hose bibs installed using PEX pipping in a newly rebuilt and enlarged yard. The Tech was well trained to serve the customers needs and wants. He called me when leaving the shop with an approx. arrival time and even arrived a bit early.
He presented himself as friendly helpful and knowledgeable of his trade. He came well equipped with the correct tools and had all the materials necessary to complete the job as requested without having to run for materials in the middle of the job. I am sure the work I requested was not your normal service call. When finished, he presented me a final bill, which was as quoted before starting. If I need plumbing work in the future, I surely will call on this company again.

Tucson Plumbing and Heating did great work on a new water heater instal today. High quality Bradford White unit. Also installed a bunch of angle valves. Both jobs are critical to your home. Highly recommend this company! The employee than came to my home was very nice and explained what he needed to do to fix my drainage problem. Also the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use this company again if I have plumbing issues. Used Tucson Plumbing for the second time. The young man was extremely nice and did a wonderful job installing a water heater.

I had just received a sky high water bill and the neighbor happened to notice water spraying out of my outdoor irrigation valve- of course this was in the middle of a three day weekend. I called Tucson Plumbing on Saturday and Lisa managed to get me on the schedule for Tuesday. Adam notified me of his arrival time and then spent about four hours repairing the irrigation piping outside my home.
The problem turned out to be quite complex and he was in communication with a coworker. The final result was very satisfactory and we agreed to follow up in a few months regarding replacement of some additional parts of the same system. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated his hard work and successful solution.

Tucson Plumbing is now who I will call anytime I need plumbing work done. Brian and Brandon were so professional and awesome to work with. They did all new plumbing under my home with added issues. They were prompt and done an excellent job, Cleaned everything up so nice. I couldn't have been happier. Lisa in the office was just as nice to work with as well. Great team!
