We called in the morning with a plumbing issue, and they were able to accommodate on short notice. The technician, Oscar, arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour service window that was agreed upon. He clearly explained the plumbing issue, provided a quote for the cost, and fixed the problem efficiently. Would recommend this company to others.

We need never call another company! We reached out to Flotek late on a Friday afternoon ( after hours, honestly). They returned the call that evening and scheduled the job for today. Additionally, they gave us a price quote up front. Gabriel alerted us to his approximate arrival 20 minutes in advance, was on time, and could not have been more personable and professional.
This is a local small business and a gem of a find for us! His knowledge, expertise, and kind demeanor sets him apart from other companies we have used for a variety of services. It's just rare to find an honest, experienced company these days who is here when they say they will be and completes a job where you feel confident and in good hands. Gabriel was the epitome of professional. I can't say enough about him and the company. I was so pleased with the responsiveness of my phone call, and how honest he was with me. He took the time to test the system, while I was watching, so that there was complete honesty. Gabriel shared with me some of the issues with my system, and made recommendations on how to fix and improve my sump pump plumbing. He fixed it in a very timely manner, left my home extremely clean, and was very professional. I'm a super happy customer and I couldn't be happier.

I recently bought a home that was built in 1954. I had Gabe from Flotek come out to move a gas line in my kitchen. Gabe also installed a new hot water heater and garbage disposal. Gabe also hooked up my new dishwasher for me. Gabe also cleaned out the main sewer line at my home. He said if we moved in and had not cleaned out the main sewer we would have had sewage backing up in the home. I am so greatfull for all his work he has done for us. His customer service is top notch, he is genuine and an all around nice guy. I highly recommend Flotek Plumbing!
