I used PV Heating & Cooling to replace my HVAC system a few yrs back and then again when my 2nd unit stopped working about a year ago. PV was great both times and since then I have used them for ongoing HVAC maintenance. They are always on time, professional and do quality work. I'm also thrilled that they now offer plumbing services, which I plan to use when the need arises. I would def recommend.

Cameron was very knowledgeable and great it explaining a variety of issues and the options to fix them. My only complaint is that they charge 4% extra for a credit card payment which would not have been a big deal if I had been told about it in advance and could have brought check or cash to the rental property being serviced. The dispatch should make people aware of this on the front end.

The persons that came to my house, explained everything very well. Even though I thought I had one problem in plumbing in my house, I have a lot more. They took the time to write out the estimates and send them to me so I can plan for the future. They presented themselves very well, and are very professional. They do not over talk to you either either.

Leo with PV Heating & Air has done a great job for years, servicing our older Trane units. We really need to replace them, but my husband has dementia and is dead set against replacing them. because of that, we are doing everything we can to keep the older units going. And Leo is the best! I typically enjoy my scheduled visits with PV. The technicians are always kind, humble, and VERY knowledgeable. Steve D. was nothing like our previous technicians. He mansplained everything and talked over me. He was training someone else and was did not come across as positive and encouraging. I shared this feedback with their scheduling team. I am still willing to give PV another chance. but expect better in the future.

High praise to the PV team! During a fall/winter maintenance check Joseph M. discovered a noise coming from the inducer motor in my furnace. He quickly worked with his team to order the part so a repair could happen quickly. Not long after this I received a text to schedule the repair appointment. Michael C. responded and quickly made the repair as well as thoughtfully answered my questions.
The entire process was easy for me. Great communication from the team on who and when they will arrive. PV is a HVAC contractor that is careful to do load calculations and offer duct pressure tests before replacing a system, taking into account insulation and other home improvements. After getting oversized units in the past, I wanted to be sure to get the right sized heat pump since I'm in a very humid climate. Highly recommended. Update 2023: I'm signed up for the maintenance plan though it's expensive. Their service techs are very polite and I just got a UV light added.

My technician Russell was the friendliest, most professional, well versed tech that has serviced my hvac unit since being installed 2 years ago. Some techs come in, get the job done as fast as possible so they can move on. Which I understand on a busy schedule. But Russell Minor explained to me what he has doing step-by-step making sure I understood what and why, he was working on the tasks he was completing.
As soon as he walked into my home, until the got in his truck, he made sure I was satisfied with the service and the quality of work he was there to do. Hire more folks like Russell.

This is the first time I have used PV Heating & Air, and it was an emergency. The other company I have been using was just not responsive. PV was incredibly responsive, very professional, and truly personable. Alex (the tech who came out) was fantastic, knowledgeable and didn't mind my (endless) questions. I actually signed a service contract with them on the spot. PV Heating & Air is my go to from this point on.

I had to replace my upstairs heat pump July 2022, as my old system was 14 years old and completely dead. Everything about PV from sales (ask for James) to installation (Dustin, Neal & Christian) to office phone person (Jai) was top notch. I got five quotes and spent two weeks researching products and companies, but in the end there was no other choice but PV. Having a salesperson (James) who was previously a technician is invaluable to understanding the options and choosing the right system.
Also PV does two things others don't - 1) a load analysis up front to make sure you're getting the correct size (mine was actually too large, a 3.5 ton when a 3 was plenty big enough as the analysis was for 2.7) and 2) a quality check of the installers work after everything is up and running. My neighbor was about to get a new unit also and had already researched and decided, but when she heard about my experience, she met with James and went with PV also. They aren't the cheapest in price, but they definitely offer the most value for your money because the service is so good and they do everything the right way.
