The technician (Eli) came to the house and was very professional and did an excellent job replacing our hot water heater. He was more than happy to answer any questions that we had and left the area clean. We are very pleased with Brick Street Plumbing & HVAC.

The technician that installed my hot water heater was great, knowledgeable and fast, but I feel that their prices were way to high. I feel that I was over charged

Preston just left our home and he did a fabulous job. We have had this leak for a bit now and couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. Preston came in and spent time studying things before he identified the issue. He even did a few other checks to make sure he caught all the leaks. He then fixed it quickly, explained to my husband and me what he did, and headed out. He was efficient, professional, and courteous! 5-stars!

Courteous and professional. By himself, Tylerr installed the water boiler efficiently. Great job. He left me with clear and layman's terms instructions how to maintain my water boiler.

Nothing but great things to say about working with Brick Street. We needed to swap out our hot water tank and they listened to what the issue was and had someone onsite within 24hrs of contacting them. The install took almost 2hrs and Eli walked me through everything he had completed before wrapping up. Definitely would call them again for future plumbing concerns.

Tyler is a very nice gentleman. He explained all to me once he connected all pipes. Working fine as far as the water running through pipes. It's still heating up.

I had Brick Street Plumbing install a hot water heater on June 6, 2023. The hot water heater went bad 6 months later. It took about a week to get everything scheduled for replacement, because we didn't know who to contact. The manufacture, Home Depot (where we purchased it) or the plumbing company. After we found who we should contact for the warranty, they did an amazing job and were out in 72 hours.

The plumbing company stated they will be out in the afternoon and surprised me this morning to replace the hot water heater. Tylerr was the technician and did a fantastic job on the installation, and also very professional. I highly recommend Brick Street Plumbing for any plumbing service you need.

I had to replace the 75 gallon tank due to a sudden heater (gas) crack, and found this team through Home Depot. Especially 'Mark', who came to my house, was a truly professional and special tech. While arranging the schedule with them, we actually got some unexpected issue and there was a delay, but their quick response and apology due to the delay were very impressive and gave me more trust. I would leave this review of their perfect service and my experience replacing from a 75g to the appropriate 55 gallon. Great Team and Thanks Mark.

My hot water heater went out as it was leaking carbon monoxide. I called American Home Shield (AHS, home warranty) and they referred me to them. The scheduling was so easy. Tyler came about a week later to install it. When he got to my home, he noted that the way the hot water heater was installed was very ineffective. He re-piped the entire system, explained it all in detail and even placed a carbon monoxide detector in the HVAC room for added safety and security.

He arrived at 2:30pm and left after 6:00pm. He didn't complain about how long it was taking, but persevered to make sure I would be safe in the home. I don't give out five stars. I actually never have, but they earned every single one of them.

I recently hired a remodeler for a kitchen renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Brick Street was highly skilled and paid attention to every detail. They went above and beyond my expectations, from the initial design stage to the final touches. My kitchen looks stunning, and I highly recommend their services.

We had a small bathroom with an old shower stall, and were looking for an upgrade. I got estimates from a few contractors, including the big box guys. Tim from Brick Street had the best ideas, got back in a few days with virtual views on a laptop, and had a good (but not the lowest) price. We agreed to timeline and materials, and everything went smoothly - on time, good craftsmanship, and cleaned up afterward, every day. The final result looks great, and is much appreciated. We will definitely call Brick Street next time we want an estimate, and they will start at the front of the line.

We moved to the area about six months ago. The house we purchased was perfect in every way except for the bathrooms. Since we are new to the area we started looking for companies to remodel the bathrooms. While there are lots of companies advertising we found very few that we were comfortable with. Brick Street Construction is the company we decided on.

Mostly because the staff was really knowledgable and they had a fair price. We are very happy that we went with them. The employees that came to do the work did an excellent job. They were cleanprofessional. Thanks to these guys we have a perfect house now.
