North Seattle Handyman

We have used the North Seattle Handyman team for various jobs around our home over the last several years and have been very happy each time. In 2023, we had them completely remodel our kitchen. We had spent a fair amount of time researching, contacting, interviewing contractors, etc, and it's a draining process. That is, until we realized that Caleb and his crew do remodel work!

From start to finish the remodel process was SO much easier and dare I say, enjoyable, than we previously had thought it could be. Everything about working NSHM on this big job was a pleasant experience. The project was completed on time, within budget, communication was great, the crew always shows respect of the homeowners' property, space, and time - I could go on. Do not hesitate to contact them and we will definitely have them remodel one of our bathrooms in the future. We love our new kitchen!

I had North Seattle Handyman install bypass closet doors in a bedroom and it was a great experience. Pete was professional, efficient, and communicative, and the job went smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

Dan was great. Installed a bidet, hung a rack (even thinking to use a marker for the screws to match the rack), and answered a couple questions that came up while he was here. Meticulous work and conscientious. Definitely calling them again.

We needed several things done around our house and had heard good things about North Seattle Handyman, so we decided to give them a try. We did not get other bids, so I don't know how their prices compare. From the very beginning, they were responsive, effective communicators, friendly and professional. They scheduled our work promptly, in the time frame we requested.

They sent James to complete our list, and we absolutely loved him! He did beautiful work; he was friendly and respectful; he completed everything in a timely manner. I could not be more happy with any company than I am with these guys and we will definitely use them again in future.

Recently our back porch had problems with dry rot and a sagging part of the roof area; plus it needed a new gutter and down spout. We hired North Seattle Handyman to do the work. We were so pleased with the results! They sent Alan who arrived on time, was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Also he used no bad language and had no loud music playing.

He worked hard all day repairing the porch to an excellent condition! He put up the new gutter and down spout just perfectly. Our porch will now last many years! North Seattle Handyman are very reputable and nice to do business with. Everyone is pleasant and helpful from the administrative staff to the workers. They are also very reasonably priced. It is hard these days to find a business that guarantees their work and is trustworthy. North Seattle Handyman is exactly that business!

They handled a shower regrout in a very professional and timely manner with good communication. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used them and when they have availability they are my first choice.

I had North Seattle Handyman replace an existing stand alone shower stall. They did a great job! They arrived on time and completed when they said they would. Caleb and his assistant (sorry I didn't get his name) were friendly and didn't seem to mind when I poked my head in to see how it was coming along. They cleaned up any mess they made and took the old shower stall with them. I would hire them again.

Caleb and Gunner took excellent care of us! They were friendly, reliable and listened to my requests. The work turned out beautifully and they didn't hesitate when I asked for adjustments during the process. Their response time was from my inquiry to the completion of the project was impressive too! I had them cut out the wall in between my kitchen and living room, creating a bar and opening up the space. I couldn't be happier with the results : Way to go NSHM!

Pete and Dan installed a beautiful new screen door on our home. While doing so they made little fixes here and there on our doorway to make it more beautiful and functional. Throughout our experience of getting a quote, scheduling the job, and the actual install, everyone we spoke with at North Seattle Handyman was thoughtful, responsive, and diligent. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Dan was amazing. He made good recommendations when he gave us the quote, the price was fair, he did great work installing our new exterior door so that water would no longer get into our basement, his fascia work was efficient, and he gave us great advice on that too. Just had Pete & Dan reseat a toilet and replace a bathroom fan they did a great job were punctual, timely and cleaned up. We'd definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends. A good handyman is hard to find. Service:General repairs

I needed a fence post replaced. Arranging for it was seamless and very fast. They responded quickly to my inquiry, came out within the week, and were exactly on time. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Service:General construction

We used North Seattle Handyman to help us get our home fixed up. We had them replace an exterior door including frame and trim, did some minor drywall patching, replaced a couple of bathroom fans, fixed a window assembly, and did some flooring repair. Pete came out and did an estimate and we were scheduled in less than a month. Pete, Dan and Levi all did the work and it looks amazing.

The cost was very reasonable and we are pleased that we chose them for the repairs. They were personable and professional. Will call them again if we find anything else that needs attention.

Did a really good job re-hanging bedroom double doors that became badly misaligned over time.

The team identified a problem with my bathroom vent fan and replaced it. They were very transparent and customer responsive.

Very impressed with NSH. Dan came to the house, was clean, polite, and really detail focused. He did a great job with my various projects including fixing a bunch of walls (patching and painting), hanging some framed art, and installing two POE security cameras. Further, Dan had no problems wearing a mask, was fully boosted (including the bivalent), and took covid precautions seriously. Would happily use NSH again.

We had North Seattle Handyman come out to our house a second time to repair a windowsill that had some dry rot. Dan showed up first thing in the morning and told us the repair wouldn't take that long. Since we had pre purchased a full day of work he asked if we had anything else that needed doing. A bifold closet door needed some TLC to close right and Dan noted that our backyard gate fence post was rotten.

He fixed all three things in the one day. Pete came by on Friday to put the finishing touches on the windowsill repair. All in all North Seattle Handyman has been very great to work with, knowledgeable and friendly.

Levi came out on time and did a fabulous job installing our new mailbox. Very professional and friendly. The whole experience from estimate through invoice payment went smoothly. I have requested an estimate for more work inside the house this Fall- would definitely recommend their services.
