It's almost been a year and we're still so in love with the kitchen My Kitchen & Bath helped create for us. We did a complete renovation, including opening it up to the dining room which required taking out an "L" shaped wall. They were courteous and respectful throughout the process, especially with any snags we hit along the way. Between those moments and the ones in which they ensured little details were appropriately covered, we felt relieved we had chosen this company.

Probably the most notable was a manufacturing issue we had with one of our cabinets; the team continued to try to amend this until they were able to fix it appropriately. Sam Gulsoy was a patient and highly competent project manager. There are snags in any project and he will roll up his sleeves to solve it with you. We chose My Kitchen and Bath out of 5 companies who provided estimates for our complete first floor renovation which included new kitchen, half bath, and all new flooring and lighting throughout the main level. Josh our designer did an exceptional job working with us to create a beautiful, functional design within our budget. Once work began, Bob, our project manager called or stopped by regularly to check on progress.

Our foreman "UT" and his crew were hard-working, respectful of our home, and communicative with questions and challenges along the way. The entire team - from Josh to Bob to UT and his crew - they all are kind, honest people who take pride in their work and showed great care for us as their customers. Even with a couple of unforeseen issues hidden in the walls of this old house, the project was still completed within the original timeframe of 6-8 weeks.

We could not have hoped for a better team of people for this project. Quality within budget, ease of communication, and a dedicated work crew were our highest priorities, and My Kitchen and Bath checked every box. It has been two months since the job was completed and we are loving our new space. We have more projects on the list and it gives us peace of mind to know that we have found our go-to team in My Kitchen and Bath. We give them our highest recommendation!

We used My Kitchen and Bath for a complete kitchen remodel, they did a fantastic job! The entire process was easy and efficient, from the very first visit to get measurements, the detailed estimate & contract to the actual work. We worked with Josh on the design and choosing the materials which was very easy by visiting their showroom in Herndon. Once the demo and work began there were no issues or problems. Bob was our project manager, and he was wonderful.

He communicated with us every day, most days by coming to the house. This was so helpful Bob kept everything on schedule and made sure the quality of work was top notch (not an easy job). The whole process took less than a month. We will definitely use them on any future jobs.

We used My Kitchen & Bath for two bathroom renovations - one was a large job with a lot of tile and the other was a bit smaller. Everything in both bathrooms was replaced and included tiling, plumbing reconfiguration, removing soffits and half walls, adding lighting, and drywall work. The larger bathroom has a wet room with two windows and the tile work done in there is meticulous.

In the smaller bathroom, while enlarging the shower they caught and fixed a previously undetected leak. All work was on schedule. Everyone at MyK&B was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. The crews were on time, careful, polite, and cleaned up after each day. We appreciated the periodic check-ins from Bob throughout the projects to ensure everything was being done correctly and as designed. The bathrooms function well and look great.

My Kitchen and Bath did a very fine job of remodeling a bathroom for us. We chose to go with them because of their professional response to our request for a proposal, the reasonableness of their estimate, and their willingness to do the necessaries to begin and end the work according to our schedule. Bob Bulgar, the project manager, was usually present on site to supervise the work.

The few times when issues/questions arose and Bob wasn't here, he responded immediately to our texts, and, if we needed to see him in person, he arrived within 30 minutes or less. Never once, from the time we asked for a proposal until the project was finished, did Bob or any of the company employees fail to respond promptly, courteously, and satisfactorily to our requests or questions.

In other words, we are very pleased with the new bathroom My Kitchen and Bath built for us and, perhaps more importantly, equally pleased with how they handled themselves throughout the project.

Overall the experience was amazing. The final outcome was impressive. They Remodeled our kitchen with excellent designs.

My Kitchen and Bath was outstanding in all aspects of their work on our recent kitchen remodeling project. Armagan worked with us closely and patiently to design the remodel. He was always punctual and extremely helpful to suggest alternatives and worked with us to keep the project within our budget. I've saved up money for almost ten years and decided that I shouldn't spend any of that money unless it was to start remodeling my home since nothing has been updated since the early 90's. I had trouble finding a company that l was fulfilled with until my neighbor asked me to stop by her home which was being remodeled and showed me the work being done.

Enough to say i was in shock when I saw the kitchen completely finished. Right then, I called and scheduled for an estimate. I was very hesitant at first but the design turned out amazing! (thanks to Cemil) Once the project started, technicians arrived early morning and were very professional and work oriented. My powder room and master bathroom was completed and it looks great! My kitchen and hall bathroom are next!
