Super easy to get an appointment setup over email and everything was really prompt. Service work done by Andrew was excellent. We needed an outside hose bib and RPZ replaced. He really did a stellar job!

2024 Feb: Son and daughter-in-law discovered a leak and contacted O&M for assistance. Andrew was sent to investigate and found a pipe blockage, which he promptly resolved and made sure the toilet and tubs were functioning again. O&M has consistently provided us with affordable, reliable, professional, and friendly service, making us loyal and satisfied customers. 2022 Dec: O&M came over to initially replace a toilet and discovered a pipe clog that we thought might be serious.

They cleared it, set the new toilet and hauled the old one away at a reasonable cost all while being dependable, professional and friendly. We remain loyal and happy customers! 2022 June: We have been using O&M well over 10 years now. Most recently, they replaced the toilet flapper as well as repairing the toilet flange w/ new deep brass ring and re-set the toilet.

I called O & E because, during the freeze, our outdoor tankless water heater stopped producing hot water. We were given a timely appointment and the technician who came, Alex Baldelamar, was polite, knowledgable and forthright; he explained our options, including what we could do ourselves. We had burst pipes after a freeze. They had a plumber (Andrew) show up first thing next day. Took about 30 minutes all said and done.

We had a gas leak and Ben from O&M identified the leak right away! He went the extra mile and ran a few tests to make sure my entire system was working and there were no more leaks. I will use O&M for all my plumbing needs moving forward. Overall had a phenomenal experience with them.

When i first called for information, they provided a price range for the expected repair and there was not fee for someone to come out to confirm the needed repair. Antonio was very nice - excellent service and work.

Plumbers came out did a fantastic job very efficient, hard-working very knowledgeable. I'm a custom home builder so I've worked with Plumber before so they are definitely a high-end plumbing company. I will definitely use them again.

Alex showed up time and went over the problems. reported. Provided estimates and gave time to ask questions. Got back to work and did a professional job. minor mention : should have cleaned up the work area outside(water shut off value/pressure valve) also cleanup inside the city's main water control. Since it is shared with neighbor we need to leave it the way it was before.

After trying just about every possible way to unclog the kitchen sink, these guys were recommended by a friend. The entire process was smooth and worry free. From the initial call, to scheduling the appointment and having the guys do the job, every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and courteous. They provided constant communication via email and text throughout the entire experience. I will definitely come back to them for any other plumbing issues, they were excellent.

These guys were very easy to work with and incredibly honest. What was quoted as a 2-3 day job turned into a 7 day project due to complications with the foundation and location. With the addition of a tunneling crew, the cost estimate stayed exactly the same. They even chipped up the rest of the tile for us so we could re-tile our bathroom they were working in. 10/10 would recommend and use them again.

I hired O & M Plumbing to perform a Hydrostatic Test and it failed. Since the test failed I hired O&M Plumbing to located and give me a estimate for repairs. Antonio and his teammate were respectful, professional and very knowledgeable of their job. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns I had in locating the leak. After the leak was located, Antonio gave me a quote for repairs to include the extent of the work. Antonio came back the next week to start the job. Ben has a very good team of guys working for him. They keep their work area cleaned up the entire time. I would definitely hire this company again.

My husband and I had a whole house water filtration system installed by Ben and his crew. They arrived on time and did the job in a timely manner. They were all were friendly and courteous. I would most definitely recommend them to others and will most certainly use them again.

Zach Strickland was the most professional serviceman I have experienced in such a long time I was inspired to write this review. It was refreshing to know there are still good people out there doing a great service for it's customers. Zach was someone you felt comfortable inviting into your home as soon as we made contact because he is a good person and a professional at the same time. Zach explains and goes over what he is there to do to help you as a homeonwer and he was very respectful of our home as well. Loved the before text with Zach's photo and contact info. Zach did a great professional job installing for us 2 new toilets and 3 new sink faucets, we hated for him to leave, he felt like part of our family.
