So happy to have found AIM Plumbing, Javier came out and and was able to get us hot water in a few hours from the original call. You are in good hands.

Highly recommend! Javier was incredibly knowledgeable, hard-working, and thorough. He showed up within hours to replace water heaters, commodes, and update the connections to fresh metal. Also, perfectly installed a new full-home water filter, and was kind enough to spend time to explain how it works. Bonus points for follow-up calls, going out of the way to fix minor issues, and, being patient and kind.

They came out the next day and a very pleasant young man serviced my tankless hot water heater

AIM handled our appointments very professionally and updated as the repairs were being performed. Javier did an excellent job onsite and communicated with us as he repaired our leaking shower faucet. We would highly recommend them.

We have used AIM PLUMBING twice in the past year and both of their plumbers were very polite, experienced, and professional! However, having owned a plumbing and heating company previously and while understanding the intricacies of the plumbers travel time and tools and equipment costs, it would appear that their pricing is substantially higher than similar firms. This is the only reason we haven't given them 5 stars. But both Eddie and Carlos were excellent plumbers.

AIM Plumbing and all their employees are an anomaly for the Southwest Florida region. They are simply amazing! We called them on Monday inquiring about installation of an under sink reverse osmosis water system. Within 30 minutes we were contacted by Carlos who introduced himself and asked a few questions about our needs. Twenty minutes later Carlos came to our house, reviewed our plumbing layout and recommended a system for a very reasonable price.

We agreed on the system and price with him. Within 10 minutes we received a call from Hasly, in administration, informing us they had to order the system and it could be installed by Friday. The next day (Tuesday) Hasly contacted us to let us know they had received the system from their supplier and could install it the next day (today, Wednesday). Hasly said they would be to our home between 8 and 10 am to install the system.

This morning, at 8am, Carlos contacted us that he was on his way to our house with the system. He arrived on time and installed the system very quickly and professionally. AIM Plumbing is the first contractor we have EVER dealt with who were professional, attentive, on time and very dedicated to the customers needs. Their attentiveness to our satisfaction reflects greatly on the success of their company and its' reputation. On a scale of one to ten. We give them a fifteen!

Carlos was fantastic. We explained everything he was going to very clearly. He did the job very efficiently. He also discovered the source of another problem that had been bother us. He is coming out next week to take care of that issue. He's a great guy!

Our professional, Yordi, was just great. On time & very professional. He had quite a bit to work out in our laundry. We were not getting any hot water to washer. Also shut off valves had aged out ( visible corrosion/rust) & were leaking under laundry sink. It was not a simple job. But he got to the source of problem. Also advised us on the condition of pipes ( & shut off valves) behind washer & under laundry tub. We will definitely use them as our go to plumbing company going forward. We couldn't be more pleased.

He took care of all my queries Carlos was extremely attentive and listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. A leaking pipe rendered one bathroom in our home unusable. thanks to Yordi at AIM replacing the faulty pipe, we are now fully functional. Stop looking for a plumber. You won't find better than AIM. Let's see, they were incredibly prompt and very professional. The plumber they sent over (Raffie) was extremely courtesy. And knowledgeable is an understatement. He was able to diagnose our problem (which was not readily apparent) in less than a minute. He didn't have the necessary part to fix the problem so he called one of his colleagues to come over and deliver it to him.

Most other places would have scheduled another visit. Seriously, I have dealt with many service and repair companies over many years - haven't had a better experience than I did with AIM.
