If you are reading this review. It is because you are in the same position I was in 10 months ago in attempting to find a reputable contractor to make needed repairs in my home. You read so many cases on the Neighborhood Websites where contractors come in, give an estimate, and you hire them with a down payment. Then they just start the job but never finish it or worse, never even start the job.

I found Home Platinum Services on the internet and researched them thoroughly. The owner was the Project Manager for a local home builder for many years before he started his own business about 11 years ago. In my search for a contractor, I am looking for someone to perform the work with the highest quality at a reasonable price and within the time frame required.

I had extensive damage in my home in the six digits so this was not a small project. I found that Home Platinum Services met and/or exceeded my requirements and expectations. They have some of the best subcontractors in this area. The contractor oversees the project but the subcontractors perform the actual work so they are critical to the successful completion of the project.

Their subcontractors are excellent and strive to perform high quality repairs to your final satisfaction. They are very friendly and extremely approachable making the repair project easier on everyone. As with any project, I recommend that you have an estimate in writing that you and the contractor have agreed to in total so there are no misunderstandings later in the project. I highly recommend Home Platinum Services.

We contracted Home Platinum Services for a large restoration project after our home suffered damage from a winter freeze. The project involved the entire first floor of our house including flooring, cabinets throughout and bathrooms. The project was delivered on time and with high quality. We can say without a doubt that the kind of attention and responsiveness that Nima and his team provide is top class.

The professionalism and respect with which they treat the customers is second to none. Nima took the time to provide his guidance on many topics even outside the scope of the project. He is always approachable and puts you at ease with his friendly personality. At the end of the project, we had our home restored to a high standard and are very glad with our choice of the contractor.

Nima Niazi's Platinum home services handled our home renovation this year. Our goals were to 1-Stick to a timeline with a defined budget 2-Get honest advice from our GC and have skilled and trustworthy subs handle tasks related to masonry, plumbing, electrical work and painting. Nima and his team exceeded our expectations on every parameter. Nima runs a tight ship, the team were always disciplined and diligent, treating our home and our family with care and respect. Nima is an excellent communicator and was very quick in responding to our questions/requests.

There was a rare day that he did not visit the site, in fact on most days he would be there first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening and was always present to personally oversee anything complicated. Hiring Platinum home services for our renovation was an excellent decision. They have transformed our house into a beautiful, elegant and updated home. We cannot imagine anyone else renovating our home other than Platinum home services.

We started working with Home Platinum Services in May and it has been an amazing experience. Nima and his team are very hard working, professional and always on time. We chose Home Platinum Services over 2 other bids primarily because Nima clearly has control and accountability over his team. He was up front and very professional in every aspect of our home project. We wanted to convert an unused dining room into our new home office, and wow what a remarkable difference. The main reason I am providing HPS with a 5 star review is the amount of communication from Nima and his team.

There were no "missed calls not returned" or anything like that. Nima was always available for questions / changes and anything else. There was zero worry about them not showing up, taking money and running, etc. Nima ensured total satisfaction prior to "completing the job". I cannot speak to bathroom or kitchen projects, but check out our photos for how well they upgraded our home following what we were looking for.

They are not "cheap" but their pricing is in line with other vendors for similar projects. It is a you get what you pay for story. If you are hesitant about bringing a contractor into your home, do consider this company.

We live in CA but have a rental property in Plano, TX. Recently there was a flood caused by a backed up sewer line under the slab leading to flooring damage. After receiving the quote from our insurance I looked for a few additional quotes and am so happy we found Nima at Home Platinum Services. Being remote is already difficult but this process was seamless. Nima is so professional and responsive with emails, phone calls and texts we felt like we didn't miss a thing. Nima and his team went above and beyond in dealing with the insurance directly and making sure to care for our property.

Even our tenant got in touch multiple times to let us know how amazing this team was and what they did to make sure things got done properly. Always on time, respectful and professional. On top of it all the price Nima was able to offer wasn't just competitive it was amazingly affordable considering the quality of the work. Nima worked with us on the budget provided by the insurance helping us to navigate those waters and limit our out of pocket exposure. I can't speak highly enough of Nima and the team at Home Platinum. We have multiple rental properties in Plano and I won't hesitate to use them in the future.

I was interviewing different contractors for a big remodeling project at our house when I was referred to Home Platinum Remodeling by 2 of my friends who had worked with them before and were very pleased. I am so happy about the decision we made to go with Nima (the owner) and his team of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals. Nima was super responsive to texts, calls and emails.

He ran everything by us and made our decision-making so easy. He listened to our concerns along the way and addressed them right away. Oh and he delivered the project ON TIME! Finding a general contractor who is great at what he does and trustworthy is difficult but we found him and highly recommend him!

Nima from the beginning was professional. He listened and was patient while my wife and I tried to make up our minds on the project. Once we started the project Nima had the subs working very efficiently. There was not a day that the work was not being done. I was most impressed with the efficiency and quality of the work. It took five weeks to complete everything.

The overall responsiveness, workmanship and professionalism displayed by Nima and his team during a challenging time was outstanding. He finished the job earlier than scheduled, with outstanding workmanship and attention to all the numerous details we wanted with our kitchen and bathroom remodel. In addition, what was most impressing was he was able to accomplish all of this during a challenging time when the cost of materials was astronomical and the availability scarce. This was the best contractor experience I have ever had. We completely remodeled two bathrooms, den, living room, office, and replaced the facings on all our kitchen cabinets. Nima's contractors installed real wooden floors, a lot of new canned lights, and quite a few other lights. I've used a lot of contractors and Nima was by far the most responsive never taking more than 15 -20 minutes to respond to questions or concerns.

The vast majority of the time he responded immediately! I will use Nima and his company in all our future projects and recommend him highly. He is an engineer by trade and a solution for each and every problem that came up.

We highly recommend Home Platinum Services! Our compliments to Nima and his crews for all the work they did. We completely gutted a 1970s bathroom, to include removing a half wall and cave-like shower and turned it into an elegant, modern bathroom. We gave them an almost-impossible timeline of two weeks (before Christmas!) and they delivered. All the subcontractors were very professional and timely. Nima checked on the project daily to ensure it was up to his and our standards. Really a superior job!

We contracted Nima for renovation work in our home including custom wood floors in the master bedroom and closet, painting the master bedroom and bath, installation and custom tile work of a soaking tub in the master bath and refurbishment of the coffee bar and master bedroom fireplace. In addition, Nima's crew repainted the kitchen, breakfast nook and family room which included conversion of all milk wash cabinetry and trim to an updated white.

Overall we were very pleased with the outcome of all aspects of the project. Nima was very friendly and easy to work with. Nima and his crew were very respectful of our home and kept the house as clean and neat as possible. Nima was at our home every day to check on the progress and communicated very well throughout the process and stayed on time and within budget. Not only would we recommend Home Platinum Services, we plan to use him again for future projects.

Home Platinum Services did an excellent job with our master bath and closet renovation. Nima is an excellent project manager. He was on site almost every day assessing progress and shifting schedules when needed. Not only was Nima very responsive on answering questions or making changes during our remodel, his personally selected crew was very professional and efficient.

Nima and his team did a wonderful job remodeling our new home. Nima's input was extremely valuable when it came to making the more difficult decisions on materials and identifying high impact updates. Our job was relatively big, but it was completed on time and with high quality. The best part is months after the work has completed, Nima is still just as responsive for very minor issues so we feel taken care of. Nima and his team did a great job on our Kitchen remodel. He has been in the industry for a long time and knows the best sub contractors to use. I would definitely recommend Nima and his crew for any remodeling needs. We were in a time crunch to move in to our new home and he got our remodel done not only in the time frame we needed, but went above and beyond what most companies would have when we ran into problems. When we bought our home in Plano, we had requested estimates from 5 different general contractors. Immediately, we chose Home Platinum Services, because they adequately assessed our home for comparable pricing, they were timely in providing the quote, and the owner, Nima, was quickly responsive via text or email at all times (a rarity among contractors).

Our job was not an easy one - total renovation of flooring, kitchen, all bathrooms, paint, and plumbing. Nima and his crew were efficient, professional, and clean. They were detail-oriented and respectful of our space. Corrections and touch-ups were met with a quick response, rather than excuses or delays. Nima came to the house every day during the extensive work periods to review the work with the crew.

He even helped to adjust to our schedules, and we were able to get work done on some weekends, even around the holidays. He helps make stylish recommendations when asked for his opinion, and even after the work was completed, he helps to provide us with references for other services we may need around the house. We would definitely use Home Platinum Services again.

Nima is a good professional wherein he takes care of his clients even after the work is done. Nima had some work done in my kitchen one year ago and he readily came and fixed any issues I had.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Home Platinum Services. We hired this company to do a partial kitchen remodel on our 1996 Plano home. They replaced all upper cabinets, installed granite counters, new back-splash, appliances, and installed a new ducted vent hood (our home had no ducted cooking vent prior to this). The project also included re-texture and re-paint of the walls and cabinets, and installing new electric and plumbing fixtures.

The process was wonderful from start to finish! Our kitchen is now beautiful and functional! We are extremely pleased! The owner (Nima) is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. His crew is also great- they are skilled, prompt, and courteous at all times. Nima kept us informed and involved during every step of the remodel. The level of communication was the best we have ever experienced from a contractor or his crew.

From giving us a quick and professional estimate, to helping us choose our finishes.to the final walk-through and touch-up phase.we've been nothing but satisfied. Home Platinum Services got the entire project finished in a very short time, yet they still paid careful attention to detail. We have used other contractors in the past, but from this point forward Home Platinum Services is the ONLY remodel contractor we will use. We plan to update our master bath next year and Nima is the first person we will call!

Nima and his Crew did an outstanding job on our Master Bath remodel. It came our fabulous! It only took a little over 4 weeks, too. I hired Home Platinum Services to renovate my 15-year old house. I contracted this company to: Refinish existing wood floors, Refinish textured walls, Install Travertine, Install Wood Floors, Paint entire interior, and Paint Kitchen Cabinets. Throughout the entire process, Nima has been extremely professional. He spent time to explain the various options when presenting the estimate.

In addition to delivering on the assigned tasks, he also provided invaluable insight to the design details. He was an "all-in-one" contractor - which made my life much easier. I appreciated that he used the same contractors, which provided much consistency when completing the jobs. He holds all of contractors to a high workmanship standards. We are so appreciative of Nima's work, and really enjoy the finished product.

Home Platinum Services remodeled our master bathroom. The level of professionalism, quality, punctuality, attention to detail and overall experience was excellent. When taking on a project like this there are many choices in products and design. Nima did a great job helping us throughout the decision process. We felt very comfortable working with him, David and Gus all though the remodel they were patient, understanding accountable and responsible.

Nima was very helpful throughout the entire process of having our shower remodeled. He took care of everything (from design to cleanup) and was very thoughtful and thorough. Each team that he sent was able to talk with us which we really appreciated. The new shower is beautiful! We also had some work done repairing drywall. It looks great and I feel so much better that things are fixed again!
