GCPRO Restoration

State Farm gave us GCPRO as a possible service to us to replace a damaged deck during the tornado in February. We were very pleased with Adam Gibala the project manager. Adam was in constant contact with us throughout the process. He kept us well informed and checked the progress throughout the job. Adam was excellent.

I worked with Adam Gibala at GCPro as part of a reconstruction project after a water leak. The job was extensive involving removal/replacement of dry wall as well as removal and replacement of all flooring, trim work and painting. Adam and his team were extremely responsive and proved to be an excellent advocate and resource when dealing with insurance adjusters.

They went above and beyond in insuring the estimated damages were clearly outlined and additionally assisted in supplemental repairs required after tear out. Additionally, I was out of town when most of the repairs were performed and received daily updates and photos of the work being performed I would highly recommend Adam and GCPro.

GCPro has an incredible staff of professionals. They came to our house after significant damage due to a pipe bursting. They laid new floor, tile, repaired wall damage, electrical work, new drop ceiling and many other tasks. They worked very fast and maintained a clean environment during the remodel for my family. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

GCPRO Restoration is the BEST! I was impressed with all aspects of this company as they renovated our kitchen. Adam Gibala, our project manager, walked through every step with us. He used his solid knowledge of home renovations to guide our decisions about product choices/quality, safety decisions (we have 2 children), colors, and the overall aesthetic of our space.

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): GCPRO Restoration does a great job and their Project Manager Adam Gibala in particular is fantastic! My mother is in her 90s and lives in a condo. She suffered some water damage and we selected GCPRO Restoration to do install new floor. I am a Certified Project Manager and geographically separated from my mother's house so I had to manage the process remotely. Adam Gibala was assigned as our Project Manager and he and his team were absolutely outstanding. Adams walked me through the entire process (Scope, Schedule, and Budget) as well as going over all steps and procedures with my mother on-site.

I was consulted at each step and every effort was made to acquire the exact materials we requested and install the flooring in minimal time with almost zero disruption to the everyday life in the condo. GCPro is the place to know If your basement is filled with water or snow. Adam and his talented crew Always know just what to do. They'll go to work like busy bees Even if water is up to their knees. Restoring it all til it looks brand new Then clean it all up and bid you adieu.

Adam and his crew did a great job on the repairs to our house. They explained everything thoroughly and were very professional.

Dennis and his partner were great. They made sure my kitchen floor was completely dry before they left. Before they removed the cabinet they packed all my things that was in them in boxes, and moved them to the garage. They were very polite, and they always kept me well informed. I hope i never need help like this again, but if i do, it will definately be GCPRO, and i would recommend them to any of my friends who need service like this.

My upstairs neighbor's washer broke and caused water damage in my condo. They called these guys the night it happened and they came to my place the next morning. They are courteous, on time and did awesome work. When my washer/dryer were disconnected longer than anticipated, the company sent two people to reconnect it while we waited for insurance approval for the work.

They more than adequately covered my floors, taped closets, vents, etc. In fact, when they left, you couldn't even tell anyone was there. I am a clean freak and they lived up to my expectations (which isn't easy). They wore masks and took off their shoes. Every person I worked with- from mitigation team to construction, project manager, office manager, is top notch. I hope I never have damage like this again, but if I do, I know who to call!

IMy name is Mrs. Charleston and I hired GCPro to do a restoration to my 3 flat. These guys were excellent. They were on time very respectful. There services are awesome. I had water damage.from the 3rd floor to the basement. These guys came in and dried each unit out with special machines. There work is beautiful. Please don't hesitate to contact this company they are very professional.

I was a pack-in and pack-out customer with GC Pro twice over December 2019/January 2020 with Emily as my project manager and I want to share that she's a valuable asset to the company. Moving is frustrating, scary and time consuming and Emily coordinated the project with ease. My basement flooded last Sunday and GoPro efficiently and professionally handled everything. They made the chaos of the situation stress free and easy to handle. Quick and excellent service from Dennis and Manny. I'd use GoPro again and I highly recommend them.

My family suffered a house fire in January of 2019, and through the year Emily and her tram have been so very kind and courteous. Emily is kind, responsive and understanding. She responded to our requests when we figured out we needed some things that had been put in storage, and she worked with us to deliver our furniture and reschedule a day for unpacking without having to wait several days. Brett, Maria, Justyna and Heimii were very kind and helpful when they came to unpack and even helped me to move furniture a couple of times to make sure it was just right.

They removed all the boxes and garbage from my home, all while being very kind and courteous. I'm so grateful for their services during this challenging year; they made our transitions much easier and I'm very thankful that we were able to use them!

GCPRO was very professional and timely with helping mitigate and repair water damage to our house. The repair work was of high quality and the damaged areas look better than new. The workers were very professional as well, laying down work mats and cleaning up every day when they left. Also they were very kind and accommodating to our 4 month old's nap schedule.
