From beginning to end, our experience was amazing. They are the best contractors we have ever worked with and it's clear they are here to do the job right and take pride in their work. We had our HVAC fully replaced, converted our water tank from gas to electric, and upgraded our electrical panel. They are SMUD approved contractors that are very knowledgeable about rebate programs and will file the paperwork for you.

Our work was all permitted and the inspector was very impressed with their work. We worked with several different employees, from initial quoting, admin, to techs, and had a great experience. Communication was easy and they helped make these projects stress free, especially considering the scale of the work that was being done! Competitively priced and great value for quality workmanship. In November I received a thorough HVAC and plumbing consultation from Gadji Zagirov, who works with Super Brothers. Our house was built in 2020 and we used "a LOCAL HVAC Company" (I won't mention it's name). Gadji caught some installs that were not up to code and he recommended to fix them in a timely manner. Copper piping from the AC unit was not isolated which will lead to loosing Freon.

That would be an expensive mistake. I'm bummed because the crew that worked on our house did the work so fast that the quality wasn't there and some things will cost more to redo. I'm glad Gadji helped us and I appreciate his attention to details and quality of work! He is very experienced and won't cut corners and we would love to work with him again!

I recently have a heat pump WH tank replacement. The whole process is a breeze including permitting, rebate application and installation. Boris is the best, he works alone and manages to finish Tank and new electrical circuit installation, cleaning and hauling the old tank within 6 hours. It passed the city final inspect yesterday and the inspector has high remarks on the quality of the installation. These guys are second to none.

The work was very well done. Boris was very nice, professional, and explained everything very well. The whole process was very easy and I have absolutely no complaints.

We decided to take advantage of available rebates and replace our gas water heater with a heat pump water heater. We also had our water heater relocated from inside the house into the garage. Super Brothers made the process timely and easy. They were quick and efficient from estimate to installation. They were able to come out and install the water heater in less than a week after we accepted their quote. I'm confident we'll use them in the future.

I'm really glad that I chose Super Brothers, to install my garbage disposal. Dimitri responded quickly to my request and gave me all the information that I needed to make my final decision. Super Brothers did an excellent job in replacing my water main line that was leaking water very badly and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I chose Super Brothers due to their BBB accreditation with an A rating and happy that I did with no regrets. Karen was very helpful and instrumental in coordinating with the task at hand throughout the whole process in the completion of the new water line.

Super Brothers installed our tankless water heater last year and did an excellent job. We had multiple estimates and Super Brothers saved us almost $2,000 for the exact brand and model water heater. This week they came back and flushed the water heater for free. The funny thing is we are supposed "premium" members with a larger company that installed our entire HVAC system and whom does our regular maintenance and they were the ones who quoted us almost 2k more for the same unit. We are now looking at replacing them with Super Brothers. Very happy with their work and service.

Artem did a great job installing our new water heater. This guy is a beast! He worked so hard to get it done for us and I noticed he even nailed in a board that was sticking out on my house. He made sure to clean up really well and put everything back where it was when he was done, and I think he cleaned some of my mess that was previously there as well. Thank you Artem!

We've been using Super Brothers for years. In fact, we have one of their old refrigerator magnets from when they were Super Mario Plumbing. We've stuck with them because they've always been honest and reasonably priced. Also, most of the time I call them, they send someone out the same day, even though I don't have an emergency. We will definitely keep using them for our plumbing needs.

Super Brothers responded to my request for a quote very quickly and prices were very reasonable. He texted before he came out and let me know when he was close by. He understood exactly what drain needed to be unclogged and did so in record timing. He did not try to upsell us on replacing pipes as 2 other plumbers suggested. He left the area clear and clean and even gave my husband some tips on areas that could use some preventative care so that leaks wouldn't occur in the future.

I liked that he saw my husband was capable of doing some things on his own and gave us the option to do it ourselves to save us some money. They are a great value and being new to this area, I'm glad that we have a go to plumbing company that we trust. This saves me a lot of headache and time trying to obtain quotes from 5 different companies and having to decide which is better. Super Brothers will always be our first choice from now on!

Jose called to let me know he was running early and confirm he could come by; he was prompt and professional, and completed the repair/replacement of my cracked hose bib in less than 30 minutes. Super Brothers got someone out to give us an estimate on our job within a day of our first call, and had a team out early the next week to do the work. Ray what is my technician and he was absolutely one of the most professional people that have ever entered my house to do a repair. He dealt with two problems that I've had other people come out and try to fix at least four times, he did it in less than an hour. My confidence in the company actually started with the phone call I had with Catherine she was extremely professional and helpful. She left me with a very secure feeling that I was going to be taken care of. They have a customer for life.

Andre, one of their plumbers came to the house to fix our issues with clogged pipes. Andre is respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He came exactly on scheduled visit. He spoke with me about my problem, did a visual inspection and made an accurate diagnosis of the problem. He told me what the problem was and got my consent to work on it. He went down to work and gives me continuous update on the work in progress.

He didn't stop after getting the clogged pipe clear. He went back to it a few more times to make sure the pipe is 100% clog free. After an hour of hard work, our plumbing misery is over! We just completed a house repipe and new sewer line install. We had three estimates. Super Brothers (Dimitar) was the most knowledgeable estimator. We appreciated his honest recommendations and he gave us an estimate much less than the other two. We felt very confident in using Super Brothers. We were not disappointed. The installers were very professional and they took pride in their work.

The after service follow up was thorough. Bottom line. We got a quality job, from an honest company, for a very reasonable price. We have recommended them to our family and neighbors.

Excellent company that did quality work in a ridiculously difficult space. They were fast, responsive, and professional and provided excellent service and quality at half (!) the cost quoted by another plumbing company. I will always consider Super Brothers Plumbing for future plumbing and heating work.

First and foremost I would like to say that Super Mario Plumbing has been my family's plumber for the last two years. I have used them for numerous jobs, big and small, and I have always been very impressed with their work. They are very professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. The first time they came out, they even gave me tips on how to re-start my garbage disposal free of charge.

Other companies would have charged me a service call just to come out! After that, they earned a customer for life. Recently, when I needed to have a plumber come out, I went on Google to get their phone number. I was surprised to see the string of negative reviews that were posted recently. It seemed a little fishy because the content of the reviews was completely the opposite of what I and so many others experienced with the company.

I was skeptical so I checked Yelp and there weren't negative reviews. I know that Yelp uses a thorough process in order to post on their site, which confirmed that these reviews are FAKE! I called Dimitar at Super Mario and he confirmed that they had no records of the "customers" that posted on this site and that the company is pursuing legal action. I stand by this company because of my family's long-standing relationship with them and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

My hot water stopped flowing all of the sudden a few days before I was going to list my home for sale, and Super Mario Plumbing saved the day. I figured I was in for a new water heater ($1300 !) just to get everything working again. Super Mario found a small plastic piece that had been lodged in the supply line and was blocking the flow of water and only charged me the min. service call fee. They could have easily taken advantage of me and sold me the water heater but didn't! That is true integrity!

This company was great to work with. I had a major issue with my pipes. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Quick to respond and fast efficient fix with a reasonable price. The men in the office are amazing and very professional. Couldn't have asked for more. I will be using this company again.

My water heater went out yesterday I called and Daniel helped me out gave me a cost out the door for Bay replacement which was harder than I thought it would be and Petyo was amazing he showed up early and went above and beyond to get my old water heater out and replace a new one fully up to code. After all is said and done he's still charged me the agreed-upon price. Call Super Mario Plumbing if you want to get taken care of by true professionals. If I ever have any issues I'll be calling these guys Everytime!

Right from first contact on the phone they were great. Very accommodating with scheduling. Told me the price right up front including any other possible charges. They put in a toilet and kitchen faucet on the same day I called. The guy that came was very nice, professional and quiet and clean. Got the job done right very quickly and no surprises. My house is 30 years old. It looks like it's time to replace everything. The problem with the home's original kitchen sink is that it's made with enamel coating, and is totally rusted. I consulted two so-called plumbers, they said they couldn't fix it. Last Thursday, the garbage disposal unit broke. I went to Home Depot the next morning. I met their plumbing specialist, David Duncan, who referred me to Super Mario Plumbing.

Within a minute, Super Mario called me, and then I sent the first picture to him. He gave me a reasonable labor price. Now I have a new stainless steel kitchen sink, much larger than the old one. I highly recommend Super Mario Plumbing!

These guys are responsive, courteous, prompt, and professional. I had a drain clogged that was out of the reach of my snake, so Mike came out to clear it for us. We greatly appreciated his help, and our now our tub drains the best it has since we moved into our house three years ago. We will definitely be considering Super Mario for some additional plumbing work that's on the to-do list.
