Michael is timely, knowledgeable, and helps problem solve when pests are being extra pesky. I have a severe allergy to fire ants and he takes it very serious and always ensures the best treatment of them. He asks frequently how things are going and will come out if needed. Highly recommend.

Paladin Pest Control is wonderful! I first found them when I found a crazy (indoor) ant problem a few summers ago. I needed someone to come out IMMEDIATELY as the ants were all over the furniture and counters in the living room and kitchen. They came out the very next day, and the problem was gone in that same day! We have been using them ever since! The owner is very professional and responsive and provides services specific to our home and yard! I would highly recommend!

I discovered this business during my new home build back in 2021 when I contracted with them to perform the termite pretreatment of wood and surrounding soils prior to hanging drywall. I was incredibly impressed with their thoroughness and their attention to detail, willing to go the extra mile to ensure my family lived pest free. We haven't been even the least bit disappointed.

He knows what he's doing! He was able to end my ant and silverfish problems that my the other pest control company couldn't! Rates are fair and comparable to other pest control companies. They will come twice to start, and will do follow ups if needed between the scheduled quarterly visits. He knows his stuff, he's reliable, and he is a great guy too!

Highly recommend Paladin! Having dealt with another pest control company that seemed fine, but we constantly had pest issues and was made to believe that was just something we had to endure while living in the area, I was introduced to Michael of PPC. The products used by Paladin have shifted that thought completely. We see next to nothing in our house aside from the flys that wait at my door to make themselves instant houseguests. We've been customers for nearly a year and have been super satisfied with the result as well as the communication and professionalism.

There aren't enough positive words in the dictionary to describe Paladin. I would have to say the best aspect of the business is how friendly and personable they are. I always have a pleasant conversation with Bobby during every visit. Another service they provide, which is very important, is education. Education on what I, as a homeowner, can do to make the pest treatments more effective.

I had no idea there was a gap between my foundation and the exterior, which is a highway for pests to enter no matter the treatment. When Bobby pointed out this fact, I was able to apply spray foam and seal up those pathways which has cut down on the number of multi-legged creatures entering the house. As far as value.you won't find better in the area.

The prices are more than competitive with other companies, but the service far exceeds any others that we've used in the past. They are so fantastic that I had my elderly mother use them for her house as well. Paladin provides that personal touch in an otherwise hands off industry.
