1-800 Water Damage of Prescott & North Scottsdale

I called 1-800 Water Damage of Prescott and North Scottsdale Wednesday after being stonewalled by another company for days. This company is local to the Prescott and PV area! Daniel the owner and his technician showed up Thursday the next day to give a detailed inspection . He emailed me information promptly including photos. Thank you Daniel for your prompt attention and respectful education on the problem at hand. I will update as the process unfolds.

Losing half your house to water damage and having a very uncooperative insurance company is no picnic. But if you have to go through that disaster, do yourself a favor and have Daniel Daire, his don, and their team be your guide. Their ethics, integrity, and professionalism are beyond reproach. I haven't come across this sort of hard work and honesty in business in decades (if at all). Unfortunately the work on mitigating our house is ongoing and I'll have many more great things to say about 1-800 Prescott when the work is done.

We contacted 1-800 Water Damage of Prescott & North Scottsdale in the late afternoon after our flooring contractor advised us to hire a company to remove the carpet in one of our rooms. They scheduled a biohazard service for 10am the following day and delivered excellent service with a terrific team. We highly recommend them.

Working with Daniel & his team was a great experience during a difficult situation. Learning that there is a leak in your home that is causing water damage while you are away is always stressful. For us, we had just moved across country, temporarily renting our home in Flagstaff. With new tenants a week away from moving in, a small plumbing leak started, leading to water damage under and around the leaking pipe.

To fix the pipe, a plumber needed fixtures moved, meaning we needed a company who could handle water damage, and quickly, if we were going to have any chance of having water back on before the new tenants moved in. Daniel answered our call quickly, was upfront about how they could help us, and arranged to get up to our home the next morning.

He was efficient, communicative, and conscientious throughout the entire job. He found the least invasive option to give the plumber access to complete his repair, and communicated with the plumber to make sure the plan would work, saving us money on the re-install and drywall repair job. Daniel confirmed the status on mold/mildew growth, treated to prevent any future growth, and thankfully was able to get things ready for the restoration tasks as quickly as possible. Daniel's team made a stressful situation significantly easier to manage.

I trusted that they were doing what needed to be done, when it needed to be done, in full consideration of what was best & safest for us, our home, and our situation. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing flood/fire/mold mitigation services.
