They did an awesome job. Excellent service, professional everything, from the initial estimate stage to prepping the job, fixing the problem, and the final paperwork. A clean job, no mess was left, even with having to cut through concrete in our backroom wall. Michael was a pleasure to have around and he walked us through everything ( explained and was more than happy to answer any questions) as he fixed and replaced the waste arm pipe that was leaking which was our main problem.

He cared about our issues and was experienced at what he was doing.you could tell he enjoyed his work! Also, very reasonable pricing for all the work involved. I will totally call them again in the future and would recommend to anyone else looking for go-to plumbing work.

Cape Plumbing just finished replacement of old cast iron pipes. They did a great job on our first house and we trusted them enough to hire them again on our second purchase. Elmer was awesome. His crew worked hard and delivered everything on time and within budget, including discovering and fixing additional problems once they were under the house.

I got lucky enough to have Michael as my service representative. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I thought that I needed to do a thorough leak inspection, however he recommended that I save my money and fix the most likely culprits of my high water bill instead. Not often that you find somebody that recommends that you don't pay extra for stuff you don't need.

As Murphy's law would mandate.my tankless water heater bit the dust late on Friday afternoon! I have Cape Plumbing on speed dial, since they have ALWAYS come through for me over many years of home ownership and rental properties. I was able to purchase a replacement unit from my local plumbing supply store, and Tom was the superhero (with no Cape lol) plumber who was able to install the new heater the very next morning. We had a visit from Tom (our favorite Cape plumber), to reroute water supply lines & drain to a new position in the bathroom, and then install a new vanity and hook up the new lines and drain. There were two visits, one to move the lines & drain, and a second to install the vanity and hook-ups (the wall was closed up between visits). On each occasion, the work was expertly done, and completed within 90-120 minutes, including clean-up. We are very pleased with the outcome. Tom is the best of plumbers, and over the years, Cape has always provided quick and first-rate service. Five stars!

Mike and Mark are the best! Mark was very responsive after each of the two times we called and Mike did extremely great work installing our toilet, fixing our water heater issues, clearing out our sink clog and even fixing the unplanned work of the main water supply right on the spot for a very reasonable cost! We contracted with Tom from Cape Plumbing In Pomano Beach to repair a water leak under the slab In our commercial property. Our bill for two offices was almost $800 a month. The leak was under a office floor. They expertly cut the slab and excavated the area. They were able to repair the water pipe and solve our leak. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. They communicated with us at every step of the repair process. After completion of the work the area was left immaculate. I highly recommend Tom with Cape Plumbing.

Mark, the owner personally called me to discus my issue. He was professional and best of all accurate. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and like magic when he arrived for my repair his best guess of my issue was correct. He was able to pinpoint the grease buildup in my main drain line of a condo building, fix the problem and was very responsive/on-time and fast repair. These are the best plumbers! This is the second time they have saved me from disaster! They came out to replace my water heater when my old one was spewing water everywhere, and recently they replaced my old toilet (which was not installed correctly) with a brand new one. Their work is impeccable. Left everything spotless and working so much better than how they found it. Prices are reasonable, and they are just nice, nice people.

I never write a review but I just have to get it out there. Of all the service companies out there who promise to do the work within a budget and show up in time, Cape Plumbing is the only who has done this and I've been around a long time. Arsenio who was the plumber on my project is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, from start to finish.

He is a master of his craft, I had a leak in the wall, he detected it, explained what had to be done in understandable language. Arsenio put my wife and me at ease in a very stressful situation. So in conclusion I just want to say if you have any plumbing needs you have to call Cape plumbing and request Arsenio.

I inquired on Angie's List last night about a repair or replacement of my water heater. Cape Plumbing responded within minutes even after hours and had someone here first thing this morning. The technician came all the way from Boca Raton to Miami today, the day before Christmas to fix our water heater. The young man that came was Arsenio and he was very pleasant, courteous and professional and fixed our problem quickly and thoroughly.

He could have had me replace my water heater for $2500 but instead they were able to repair it for just $275 and it is now working perfectly! Oh and they replaced both my heating elements for the price of one when they could have charged me for both. These people are very responsive, professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. This was a completely different experience from other plumbers we have used so we now have a new company to call for all of our plumbing needs. Cape Plumbing has earned our business for the future so don't hesitate to call them for any plumbing repair as you will not be disappointed.

Very satisfied with their work. Mark was very helpful and Arsenio did a great job replacing all my cast iron pipes to pvc, new supply lines and new fixtures. Will call them again in the future.

Found using Angie's List and had lots of positive reviews so I called. Got an estimate over the phone, set up an appointment without a hassle. John K arrived on time and was very pleasant and efficient. I was very pleased. He took the extra step of explaining things, which most people don't do. I would recommend Cape and call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Cape Plumbing is the only company to consider doing the job. We called another company, the plumber came to the house and could not find the leak. There was a pipe under the house that the other plumber decided needed to be cut. After cutting it, he said that the pipe was old and he would have to replace the whole thing for $2200 and still couldn't guarantee that was where the leak was - it wasn't!

So after we agreed to pay the plumber for 1 hour, we were worse off and had no water. We called Cape Plumbing and told them our lengthy story. They said, "we're sending our best." They did! After dealing with this huge mess for an entire week, Thomas arrived at the house and within 10 minutes knew exactly where the leak was. Two hours later, Thomas was cleaning up and the leak was gone! Not only will we continue to call Cape Plumbing but we are requesting Thomas every time!

OK, so I had a problem with an old, leaky, outdoor faucet that would be costly if left unchecked. I searched the web for a reliable plumbing company and found the reviews for Cape Plumbing were too good to ignore and I had no need to look further. I contacted them and had an appointment made. Today, John K. arrived at appointment window. John was very friendly, professional, explained everything to me that he needed to do, so as to keep me informed.

I was very impressed with his easy going manner and he completed the job quickly enough, cleaned up the area and again explained what he did to fix the problem. I was very happy with the service, and price. I plan on having additional plumbing work done and will call on Cape Plumbing and ask for John K.!

I had unbelievably fantastic service! The boss sent me an immediate very reliable and professional and effective plumber! The owner Mark came to help too! I had a major leak and it was fixed within 12 hours! This time includes the greatest plumber Thomas. Thomas was able to locate the bad pipe in the wall and fix it very effectively! He was also very pleasant!

These guys were excellent! I had to replace all my cast iron pipes under the house, and John and Jason were on top of everything. Permits came fast, even from Fort Lauderdale. They started immediately and finished on time. John showed me pictures every step of the way, and I had every confidence they were working to code and not cutting any corners.
