Jason started plumbing at age sixteen, working as a plumber’s helper. He acquired not only skill, but the joy and satisfaction of helping people solve their plumbing problems.
After graduating high school, Jason enrolled in plumbing school at the Allegheny County Master Plumbers Association (AMPAC). It was there that he perfected his skills as a Pittsburgh Plumber. Jason continued working for a variety of plumbing companies in the region, but he became disenchanted with some of their practices and policies. It was then that Jasone decided to launch Pine Creek Plumbing to focus on quality work and create an honest, reasonably priced and reliable service for homeowners.

We had a nightmare exterior waterline leak that the city would not cover. Pine Creek is very transparent with costs, understanding of the emotional and physical stress excavations and periods without water can be on a family, and willing to work with insurance and our personal financial situation. We've called Melissa and Jason for every plumbing/gas issue we've had since moving in 5 years ago and plan to continue using Pine Creek for years to come. It's hard to find reliable, communicative and trustworthy trades companies so we consider ourselves lucky to have found them!

After waiting for three days for my old plumber and then having him text me that he couldn't come and to get someone else to fix the leak in the ceiling in my laundry room, I called Pine Creek Plumbing and they came immediately even if it was now on a Sunday morning and the pipe had been leaking for 4 days. I'm dealing with pinhole leaks from hard water. (West View Water, Ross Township) will be pulling out copper and replacing with PEX. They came for an estimate and pointed out some immediate critical work, what could wait and what was ok to leave as-is. Honest. My Critical work was done same day. On the schedule for the rest.
