OneStop Plumbers - Plumbing and Leak Detection

Had a slight plumbing emergency involving a clogged kitchen sink. Yelped plumbers and OneStop had great reviews. I called, spoke to the most pleasant scheduling assistant and had a time frame of about 2 hours same day. 15 minutes later the tech was already at our house. Although it was about a 10 minute quick fix, I would highly recommend OneStop for any plumbing needs and will definitely think of them first in the future.

My name is Jim Lopez and my wife is Sonja, so I am the one sharing the following experience with OneStop Plumbers: This is my second experience with this company within a year. We unfortunately had a home builder use substandard material and labor when we bought our home 27 years ago. The first call was for a copper T- joint pipe leak by my water heater.

The material the builder originally used was questionable, failed and caused the leak. OneStopPlumber's service from phone call to completion of repair was smooth, professional and thoroughly searched for the origin of the problem during both of our calls for service. We had a slab leak this time. It was repaired with limited demo and there are no leaks now.

The price was thoroughly explained before work was started and the price was very fair considering the other options of re-piping or rerouting the water line. I am very happy with the outcome and will definitely call OneStopPlumbers in the future if the need arises.

The services I have received from OneStop Plumbers on two separate occasions have been excellent. They are prompt, professionnel, and complete great work.

Travis was knowledgeable, nice, and took care of our leak fairly quickly.

This business is awesome. great plumbers who give you up front prices and get the job done in a timely manner. OneStopPlumbers's office staff was very helpful in getting the first available technician to check the water leak at our house. Since Wade was in the area, he came by to check it on the same day. We scheduled for him to come back two days later. He and his partner did a thorough inspection of the source of the leak. Wade was knowledgeable in explaining to us how to solve the leak problem.

He gave us options to consider. We followed his suggestion to put a pressure regulator. He was upfront in the cost of the repair. The leak was fixed quickly. They cleaned the entire work space and returned the washer and dryer back to their original location. They did an excellent and amazing job! I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues! Both were great and professional! It was a pleasure working with them!

We called them up and they gave us a quick appointment and great service. The quote was one of the best and Ruben was top notch and extremely professional. We would definitely be using them in the future.

Excellent and profession service! 09-10-2024 OneStop Plumbers were on it to say the least! I had my insurance company out, to no avail, they don't cover pipe breakage, only the damage it causes. Had two other plumbers give me an estimates, which were quite high and how they couldn't get to the job right away because they were all booked up. I had one neighbor suggest calling a local 'mom & pop' business here in Corona and another neighbor and friend suggested I call OneStop Plumbers who were local, that her church used and how they were reasonable at cost.

After ringing them just before 10am, they were at my home two hours after calling that same day. Dylan and Jay, both pleasant and professional. I was given a quote and informed of the what-ifs, depending of what they discovered. As they went to work in the three digit temperature outside, and after sawing, cutting and digging, they found the broken pipe and finished the job just after two hours!

It needed to dry now and Dylan stopped by once again 90 mins later to turn the main on for me. I'd like to thank both my neighbors for steering me in the right direction in finding a local and reputable business that gives good service! I don't often leave a review, but I would just like to say that I highly recommend OneStop Plumbers for the decent and honest job they did! One Stop Plumbers is great. The technician they sent out was friendly knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice to avoid future clogs in our drains. I highly recommend this company.

I always ask for Travis. He is very professional and very friendly. I never feel like he's here to get the most money out of me that he can. I trust his judgements and opinions. There is no pressure to do more than necessary. I will continue to call One Stop for all my plumbing needs.

In the 5 years we have lived in our home, I have called One Stop Plumbers 3 times for various plumbing issues. I can't say enough about how professional all of their plumbers have been. They show up on time, put booties over their shoes to maker sure they don't track any dirt, and charge a reasonable price. They are the only plumbing company I will use.

I've been using OneStop for years and they never disappoint! Recently my toilet had a super weak flush. I called and the receptionist literally says "one of our guys just finished a job and can be out there in 15 mins." That's what I call service! In under an hour he had my toilet flushing properly again at a super reasonable price! I don't use any other companies, so grateful for OneStop. Thanks again!

One stop plumbers is awesome! I called them as a "3rd opinion, " because I didn't like our first two plumbers with their opinions about "fixing an unknown leak in our house. Travis showed up and went straight to work. He found the leak, did MINIMAL invasive "damage" to our drywall and discovered the leak. The leak was in an extremely difficult place to repair in the walls and behind built in cabinetry.

To my amazement, Travis said he could fix it without having to "sawzall" our built-in cabinets or wrecking our bathroom. He was amazing and saved us probably thousands of dollars! The other two plumbing companies wanted to literally "demo" both our bathroom and shower AND. The office wall on the other side! They told us that there was "no other options." Travis proved them otherwise, as he literally thought "outside the box." Thank you One stop plumbers for helping us, fixing the problem within hours and being honest and utmost professionals! Had a leak at the water meter. Called the water company and they came out - said there was a leak between the meter and the house so I would need a plumber. Called OneStop Plumbers at 2:45 and they said someone would come between 3-5. He showed up at 4 and completed repairs by 6. They had to move rocks, etc and when they were done everything was left in excellent condition. I would definitely use them again.

One StopPlumbers communicates very well. They were punctual and got the job completed. On a Saturday to boot! Pricing was very reasonable. We are up and running again, Recommend.

Had a major leak coming up into my home from the ground. They were able to come out the next day and give me the best of 3 estimates, in detail and in writing. Started work the following day and I couldn't be there, so they called me every step of the way with findings and updates. Conrad and Ryan were incredible. This is the third time we've used One Stop Plumbing, and each time we've been exceptionally pleased with the service. Our repairman was Not only on time but early! Ryan called first to see if coming early would be possible. He asked me in detail what I needed done and then went to work completing the jobs carefully and quickly, then testing to make sure there were no problems.
