Grant did a great job. We needed two couches and two oversized chairs and a staircase cleaned. Grant communicated that he was coming early, showed up and got the job done quickly and everything looked great! Couldnt have gone better!

I loved our tech Levi. He was so kind and knowledgeable and transparent on our needs and weighing the cost-benefit ratio for our specific house. He was very thorough and ran through after care with us to achieve the highest results. The cleaner/deodorizer can have a strong smell, and one of our carpets was left feeling a little oily, but I'm hoping it will subside with vacuuming and with time.

Wonderful experience, response time was so quick they helped guide us to the package that worked for us.

During our phone conversation, Bruce was patient and accommodating in answering my questions regarding purchasing some spotter cans. One of his technicians Tanner, drove to my apartment complex within a couple days to deliver the spotter cans. Overall, Bruce and Tanner were professional, patient and great!

Appointment was within the designated time. Done in timely fashion. Carpet cleanliness was good with the accepting of one spot the servicer stated he couldn't get out. P.U.R.T. treatment done to get rid of pet accident smell, unfortunately did not appear to work as Carpet still smells of pee. Overall, appreciate the work done and the attempt to rectify my animals poor health and having accidents on the carpet.

After calling around on a Sunday (I was desperate for a clean of a new-to-me used couch) Qualls was the most reasonably priced, by far. And they were able to come next day. I was able to prepay with Apple Pay, which was really convenient. The technician texted me a few hours before appointment window to give me a more exact time and arrived when he said he would. The clean took about an hour and I was super happy with the results. Water was coming out clean and stains were completely gone by the time he was done.

They were able to come the day after I called and did a very good job. I will definitely be using them again.

My Dads carpet was in sad shape. We knew it wouldn't be perfect, but ChemDry made it better than I hoped. (1st 3 photos are the before, last 3 are after.) I highly recommend this company.

Levi was very prompt! I had forgotten about the appointment and he texted me with enough time to make sure everything was ready. We were getting my in laws couches and carpets cleaned because we lived with them for awhile and our daughter wrecked everything. Some stains wouldn't come out, which we sorta suspected would be the case and is no fault of Levi and he was kind enough to discount it! Highly recommend

Super fast, super affordable and an amazing job removing ink stains from my carpet!

The job was for 3 rooms and 2 staircases. Work took about 2.5 hours and it was done perfectly. Braden was very knowledgeable and gave us step by step explanations on how to extend utility of our carpets.

On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate Grant as a 5 . He knew what he was doing and I trust him. He answered my numerous questions. He said what he could do and what he couldn't do. But he overdelivered. The spot I thought would never come out- he got it. I want him to clean my carpets always!
