The technician was great. Whoever is in charge of scheduling wasn't super professional while texting, and incorrectly scheduled us which had the tech come a whole day early which was annoying but at least the garage door is fixed. We needed our door put back on the track and everything is working now. Tech- 10/10. Scheduling and customer service person- 7/10.

Nick B. did a very good job for us. Give him a raise. He was finished in 1/2 hour replacing the main spring. Then, he tested other aspects of the door - did some light mechanical adjustments and lubrication. So, Give him a raise. We had as door put in circa June 2014; we went with the extra thickness/gauge as the previous door bent with wear. The door weighed 110 pounds. Unfortunately, the main spring put in back in 2014 was only good for 90 pounds.
What it meant was that in the original workorder of 2014, the supplier did not account for the increase in weight when it came to the main spring. Now, the problem has been solved.

Called and had an immediate response with a tech at my place that same day! Jake was very professional, gave me all the details of the repair and didn't try to pressure me into buying any unnecessary "add on" stuff, just straight to the point and had everything completed and repaired the same day! When asked about possibly wanting to do a full replacement on the garage door, some day, he was able to give me the details of the different styles and their prices right away! Definitely recommend, Jake, and the whole crew at Veteran Garage Door Service!
