Jovani the technician who came to correct a bad sensor was incredibly knowledgeable and went beyond in making sure the door worked properly. He preformed multiple tests including checked the wheels, spring and lubrication. I never realized how out of tune the door was. Now it functions smooth and sounds like a new door.
