1st time using. Found thru Angi. Great tech(Tyler) and office staff(sorry I don't remember your names). Gave me a break as it was a 20 minute job. I will be calling again.

Bill Fry and team continue to exceed my expectations. Each time I have needed plumbing help I have reached out to this team. They listen, help identify the highest risk issues, take corrective action, and discuss how to mitigate future issues. 99% of the time any work I have done on my house there is always something I recommend the company could improve, so far Bill Fry and team I haven't had any opportunity feedback.

We had a new faucet, garbage disposal and all sink hardware installed in our remodeled kitchen

10 out of 10 would recommend! Called their office at 3pm on a Friday with no water to the house, Bill himself came out and had the problem fixed within 2 hrs. So impressed with their response time. I called Bill Fry on a Sunday. Received an immediate call back from them. Was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Tyler the technician was very prompt, showed up and assessed a main sewer back up I was having. After going over a couple options, he started work. He ran into a problem in which Bill immediately showed up to help. The two of them were successful in clearing a root system. Saving me potentially thousands. Tyler followed up with a root treatment. I can't thank them enough for their professional, prompt response to my problem. THANK YOU!

Had an emergency shower plumbing problem on a Saturday morning the day before I was leaving town. Called Bill Fry and Bill had my problem fixed and by 10:30 am that day. The most honest, knowledgeable and pleasant plumber I have ever worked with. Next time I have an issue with any plumbing Bill will be my first call.

Tyler did a great job of accessing issue and suggesting the optimal repair and was done before I got off the next conference call. Glad not to have a river running down my garage.

Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw.

My experience with Jesse & his "helper" was very pleasant! Best service I've had in my home by far! We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed.
