Called and they had the most fair pricing in town as well as response time. Jesse came out to my house, showed me what went wrong, what was different about my door construction, how to change the side rollers myself if I wanted, and even recommended how to extend the life of my door with maintenance. While they are not cheap, they bring value to their price that made it more than worth it. Cannot recommend them enough and will be calling them for all servicing and replacement in the future.

My garage broke on a Sunday evening. I made one phone call and within the hour, John S. showed up, assessed the damage, and walked me through each step of what went wrong, how he was going to fix it, and the preventative maintenance to avoid future issues. Can not recommend this company enough. Professional, reliable, intelligent, and competent. 5 stars is the least they deserve.

Our first day looking at our new house when I attempt to open the garage and hear nothing until a loud pop. Suddenly the top row of the door comes off I am staring at a huge gap! Of course this would also have to happen on a Sunday. I immediately jumped on Yelp and saw Veteran Garage door repair was open and available. They had someone out within 2 hours. John quickly assessed the issue, made recommendations for additional maintenance repair and had everything fixed and working perfectly. He also assisted with reprogramming our keypad. We are so happy that veteran garage was so quick and efficient. We will be saving their card for all garage needs in the future.

I called Veteran Garage Door Repair yesterday as my garage door wasn't working and would not open or close. They were able to schedule same day, however, I was at work so scheduled for this morning between 8 and 10. Jessie called me and was here right at 8:00 and had my belt replaced and the door working in about 30 minutes or so. If you need garage door service at a good price and on time, call this company!

We enjoyed working with Veteran garage door repair. Unfortunately, the spring on my garage door was broken. I sent them a message, and they responded quickly with the cost. They arrived that day and completely replaced the torsion spring system. They showed up on time and finished in about 30 minutes! They weren't pushy about selling me a new one. I give them 5 stars.

Excellent service from start to finish! I called on a late Saturday afternoon as my garage door opener went out and they took my information and said a scheduler would be in touch with me. An hour later I received a call from the scheduler and they said A technician would be out Monday afternoon. John S. showed up during the expected window and was very friendly looking at my situation and offering suggestions.
