My garage door's spring mechanism broke a few weeks ago. After searching, I decided to contact veteran garage door repair. I thought I'd never get anyone out on a Saturday. Surprisingly, they arrived 45 minutes after I called and finished the job in an hour. Our garage door was custom-built, and the parts are no longer accessible. So I got a new setup (without a door which was okay). I was happy with the answer and how quickly the job was done. Thanks a lot!

One of our heavy wooden garage doors wouldn't lower a few days ago and pulled a rail off the wall. JT came a day after we called and quickly identified the issue and fixed it as well as checking both doors for any potential issues. He also stabilized the other garage door to prevent a future problem. He was thorough, had to move some garage items around and was gone in about 2 hours. We are very pleased with Veterans and JT.

Jovani did a great job on my garage door, called before coming during the scheduled window and was on time. Got me up and running and the costs were very reasonable compared to other local competitors. They did not try and upsell me on stuff I did not need and took care of a few small maintenance item in the included flat labor rate which is awesome. I will only use these guys in the future.

He ordered the parts, and on Thursday morning, he came back with the parts, and all was fixed and working again. Jose T. was knowledgeable, respectful and polite. We just had a new garage door installed today. I'm very pleased with the quick service we received. I scheduled the inspection on Saturday, and it was installed Tuesday. The technician arrived in the expected timeframe. He was here for roughly 2 hours. We are definitely satisfied with how it came out.
