Called Rylee for the first time after we had an emergency with furnace leaking water and had to shut down AC during night. Rylee answered my call first thing in the am and had a service technician, Guy to us within 1-1/2 hours! Guy was able to isolate and fix the problem right away! He was extremely knowledgable and took the time to discuss other issues that were also a concern to us. Definitely have found a great HVAC repair company that we will be using from now on!

My A/C unit stopped working during this most recent heat wave and I was fortunate enough that the Rylee team was able to send someone out right away. I want to give a special thank you to Guy, my service technician, who was not only able to determine the issue within minutes but he had it fixed in no time at all. Within the hour my AC was back up and running.

Great experience with this company. Starting with Bill, and then Leo and Guy. They all did everything to assure us the job was done without rushing. On the fly they had to make some tweaks for a few things. But all in all, highly recommend this company. We have our Daikin mini split installed, and super ready for summer!

Thank You Bill, setting up an emergency appointment and stopping by at 11:00 pm to help resolve the issue was an example of great customer service by Rylee Home Services. I would not think for a minute before recommending them with family and friends. Bill was crisp and clear in explaining the issue, resolution, sharing information with warranty support company.
He was constantly following up to make sure that the process does not stop because of lack of information. He was on time as planned for replacing the defective part, was there to make sure that the system is working as expected. Helped me with information on all the questions I asked.
