It was my first time to engage "Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing", and I have to say that I was extremely impressed and happy with my experience. I had submitted a request online and later that morning I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and professionalism of the lady who handled my request and scheduling. Additionally, there was a follow up call by another person to see if I would be able to accommodate their technician a little earlier since they were already in the area.

Upon arrival, two gentlemen arrived in Milestone uniforms and I could tell by their introduction and demeanor that they were ready to tackle just about any electrical problem that I could give them. So, I proceeded to discuss the initial reason for the call which was to install an outlet in the area where my water heater was. (I wanted the outlet to power a newly installed FloodStop device on the water heater since I didn't want to rely on batteries for the devices operation.) Bryan (the lead electrician) discussed how they would approach the installation and what they would be looking for.

He was very detail oriented and explained everything. I had some additional electrical work that I had questions about and Bryan listened to my thoughts and provided his advice on each future plan that I had. He worked up the solutions and pricing so that I could plan appropriately. He also explained the "Milestone Advantage Plan", its costs and benefits.

And he provided pricing on each solution with and without the plan. Work was completed "in a flash", just like their motto says! I definitely appreciated the great professionalism exhibited by Bryan and Simon as well as the rest of the office staff. I look forward to doing additional business with them to handle my large-scale electrical needs.

Amazing customer service, highly recommend! I needed a plumber and was able to set up an appointment for next day. Receptionists were polite and helpful with my questions, and let me know when they would arrive. They came right out and immediately got to work. Bradley did a great job, after explaining our issues he knew right where to go to fix the problem, very professional and helpful with any questions we had for future maintenance as well. Thank you Milestone! You saved the day!

Blair and Francisco (his trainee) gave our systems a thorough once over and did some minor preventive maintenance. He also gave some pointers on system improvements and alternatives for future consideration. I appreciate the video and the pointers. Very courteous and personable. Technician Charles appeared in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and relayed information in a manner that was understandable. He performed the required service, shared results, and exited my property in the same professional manner he arrived. Highly recommend him for future services through Milestone.

Scott Clark and Dustin provided outstanding service today. Both of them were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient. They presented options and went on to properly correct the electrical issues that we had. Great service that I highly recommend.

Brett with Milestone was the BEST! He was very thorough in our maintenance, offered advice on our system and was just a pleasure to work with! Milestone has been a great company for us so far, they have been honest and have done great work. If you get the opportunity ask for Brett! You will not be disappointed!

The professionalism that I get with every visit is nothing short of astounding! In spite of the somewhat higher cost for even some of the simplest of jobs, I still appreciate how professional each technician has been been during each visit gives me peace of mind every time I need em! Saw and his team at Milestone are fantastic! The work was completed quickly and professionally. I had a hot water leak and two leaky outdoor spigots- Saw took care of them and was friendly and informative during the whole process. Outstanding experience!

Shan and his team - Mason and Javier - did a great job replacing and updating my electrical box today. They were focused and skilled and completed all segments of the order in less time than estimated. They were also just nice guys and a pleasure to work with. Value.

Jeff did a super job! He came to our house and quoted the work to install a home generator. They are coming out next week to install. Jeff was very professional and courteous. He knows what he's doing and can be trusted! Thanks to milestone for making such a great hire!

Ricardo is wonderful! He texts if he is running late. He is polite, friendly and nice to my dogs. He always answers questions and explains things clearly. He solves the problem quickly and easily and always cleans up from the job. We are so appreciative of the service we get from Ricardo and Milestone.

I live in an older home and knew the time would come when I'd have to address some electrical safety issues. Having recently become a Milestone advantage customer, I decided to take advantage of the perk for a free Safety Inspection. Alex arrive within 30 minutes of my arrival timeframe exhibiting the friendliest personality. After explaining the process, he got started.

After about 45 minutes, he presented me with his findings. It wasn't bad at all for a house nearing 40 years old. He, also, point out things which weren't critical which I should be aware. There wasn't any scary sales pitch just the facts. I appreciated his candor and insights. Looking forward to him returning to perform the tasks we agreed upon.

This was a great tech kept me informed of all information and results of testing very good worker being a previous tech you know when someone performs a well inspected job and not just in the pretense of doing what is expected to find the results needed for a proper running equipment. Piper did an awesome job and left no stone unturned. Again your prices are so high I cannot begin to even think of spending that much on basic repairs and maintenance but Piper was incredibly well educated and knowledgable and I am extremely happy with his service and detailed help and instruction. Been working with this company for my AC, electrical, and plumbing and have been very happy. Neil came out to help put in a new electrical outlet for my home office and was on time, professional, nice, and did an excellent job. He did a great job! I highly recommend this company for anyone needing these services. I also have their advantage and that helps save a lot of money on my AC maintenance and other services when needed.

Ricardo was awesome! I have manufacturer defective breakers and we have replacements on back order. He found a way for me to save money even though they had not yet arrived. Ge was patient and polite and got the work done quickly

The milestone team was exceptional. The vendor lost our parts, but their team went ahead and used temporary parts to get our hot water back on. When our parts were in, Chris went above and beyond to help us get our water heater fixed for good and helped with any questions we had. He also completed the job swiftly and efficiently. I highly recommend you ask for Chris if you need anything done. Thank you, Chris!

A/C broke down, temperature almost 100 and inside temp 85. While could not fix that day, parts needed, the very next day, personnel came out and installed new parts. It is working, yeah. I found Technicians to be excellent, as well as courteous, caring and effective in explains the process. Definitely recommend. One other thing, the personnel with whom I spoke on the phone were fantastic, even taking up my cause and ensuring that I would receive service quickly. Even called me back to explain what happening and assuring that Milestone would get things fixed that day, very caring.

Matt Holton came out today to double check some readings the tech had when he serviced our AC units. He was very helpful and professional. He walked me through what he was doing and explained everything well. Highly recommend and will continue to use their service. Robert came out today to clean a drain. He was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions. He checked all the bathrooms and drains and hot water heater. I will continue to use Milestone for electrical, AC and plumbing.

I had milestone service my ac and repair home water shut off valve. Justin Bullard came out for the ac tune up and Josh J and Saul did the plumbing work. All three technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They recommended different tiers of work at different price ranges to fit my needs and explained in detail what each covered and what they would recommend. They even walked me through what they were going to do and how it would help. All of them did great jobs as well. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Brandon and Emily were very professional and thorough in the installation of our canned lighting. Brandon took extra time to explain and confirm where we'd like the lights to go. Emily has a good eye for design and offered helpful recommendations to ensure the lights were placed in the best locations. So pleased with them both. Highly recommend!

Dayton was very informative and very understanding of the situation. Kind, knowledgeable and explained fully what needed to be done. Will leave another review after work done. CJ came to do the work. Very good and efficient at his job. Made sure the leak was fixed. I recommend Milestone for plumbing. Will let you know if I use any other service.

I had them out for a quiet to run power from the house to a workshop and while there discovers that my 30 year old panel was a pretty big fire hazard. I had wrong fuses from past work that were arcing and melting the bus bar. I have them coming out to replace the whole main panel I a few days. The came out yesterday and replaced my main panel and did an outstanding job and quicker then I expected! I highly recommend them to any and everyone.

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the excellent service. Your service technician, Fabian Silva, was one of the most courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable service techs I have ever had the privilege of working with. He explained every step of the process and took extra time to answer all of my questions about our heating and air conditioning system. His recommendations were well presented and I valued his input as well as his honestly. Technicians like Fabian are the reason we have been Milestone customers for over a decade.
