1800 water damage. Worked on my flooded basement when no one else would. I called local companies and they could not be bothered as it was not a big money maker for them. The employees worked hard to get it done and than it flooded again and we had to do it all over. Than my daughter was hit by a drunk driver and was not expected to make it and they stood by me.
They even cut the bill down to help me. Being a disabled Senior and having a company that goes above and beyond to help through this whole mess, was amazing. From the owner, his amazing secretary and the the wonderful young men that came and helped made this experience so much more tolerable. Thank-You 1800 Water Damage.

I was very happy with the workmanship that was done in my laundry room. The workmen were on time very clean and we got through our flood damage with no problems. I was having siding repaired from water damage and the siding company found mold under the siding. They suggested 1-800 water damage and it was an excellent choice. They came out quickly and assessed the damage. They were thurough in reccomending how to mitigate the problem. I had hired a different company to treat mold damage in our crawl space previously but I felt 1-800 water damage was much more through in making sure the underlying issue was fixed so we wouldn't have reoccurring problems. I will call them again if we have anymore concerns in the future.

I had a water damage thing last June. It rained and a bunch of water came into our basement where we had a friend staying. I know that the company had a BIG PROJECT in process. They had all their people involved in a major money making deal. Doug called me and offered to have some of his people leave that job and come over to my house. It wasn't a critical issue, and I said that was not necessary.
They came over the next day and solved the issue. The point was that the offer was made and that is what 1-800-Water Damage is all about. Doug and NIta are incredible customer service people, and their employees get the job done professionally. I cannot thank Doug and Nita enough.

I came home after a weekend away and found a few inches of water in my crawl space. I called Doug with 1-800 Water Damage and he came over immediately to take a look. Doug was able to quickly find the source and stop any further damage. Luckily, after Doug evaluated the situation, he determined that we just needed to remove the water and dry out the crawl space. Doug was extremely helpful and without his knowledge and expertise, the damage would have been much worse. I would highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage if there's any sign of water in a home. The best choice. Doug is the owner and I must say very friendly and professional. I had an emergency at 5am. My 35 gallon fish tank was draining from a leak. All of the water damage ended up involving 3 rooms. The house was completely taken care of by Doug. By the end of the week you couldn't even tell that there was a problem. PS Most of the fish made it!

A big thanks to Doug Stern and 1 800 Water Damage! Being in the Real Estate business for the past 10 years we run into a lot of home inspection reports with claims of mold. Mold is never something you want to see on an inspection report. Doug always comes out to investigate and on the last two transaction he has identified that there was actually no mold and that what the inspector saw was dirt on wood. Doug calmed everyone's concerns on both side of the transaction. Thanks for your expert eye!

They were great to work with! They were at the house within the hour of my phone call and had the whole room, carpet and walls cut and fans going before they left for the night. Reconstruction went well and they worked very well with us to ensure we were happy with the service we received from the sub contractors and handled all the insurance communication. They made a horrible mess bearable and restored it to better than it was!

Quick and responsive. In the end, that's what you want from a water damage and restoration service. I run a business in the Boise area that provides pressure washing among a number of other services. Rarely does our service ever cause damage to a customer's property. Unfortunately, in this instance, it did. The customer was concerned that water that leaked in through a sliding glass door would create mold under the carpet pad if left unattended.
I asked 1 800 Water Damage to come in on my company's behalf to confirm. To ensure there would be no danger of mold growing under the carpet, the team at 1 800 Water Damage took the necessary steps to correct the issue. In the end my customer was satisfied and I was left knowing that there would be no future problems as a result of the work we did.
