He did me a favor and came all the way out to Whidbey Island and opened my Snap-On tool box for me saving me the tons of money Snap-On wanted, to sell me new keys. I've personally have known Lee for over 35 years, and I will attest to his honesty and his ability to deal with ANY lock issues. Lee was great! First off I like a small company.no fooling with my personal security, .the fewer people involved the better He did a fantastic job! Re-keyed my entire house and installed a new deadbolt. Not often do I need a locksmith but I will recommend Lee to everyone I know. You cannot do better! I couldn't have had a better experience! Lee Mentzos was my locksmith and he was amazing! Very punctual! Lee knew my situation and recommended a deadbolt for my front and back doors, which I did not have. He also re-keyed my current locks. Lee worked fast, did great installation, and cleaned up after himself. I feel so much more secure in my apartment. I have never used a locksmith before, but after this experience, I will always refer back to him with any and all of myl lock needs!

He is the only one I trust! Today, I had Lee come out and rekey a home I will be listing and as always, his service was on time, fast and efficient. Absolutely the best, most kind-hearted experience! Called just before closing with a residential lockout, not only did he work incredibly hard after hours to a) pick the lock, and when that wasn't possible, b) drill the lock, he installed a new handle right on the spot and made four extra keys, just in case. If you need a locksmith, this is 100% the one to use.

Don't fall for the other "ads" on Google that say they are in Gig Harbor.they are not. They are from as far away as Seattle and charge a LOT more to dive out here. We hired a different Locksmith company that said they were local but were NOT. It took him 4 hours to arrive and he could not unlock my car! The man made us pay him in advance with our credit card before he came out so I was charged a service call fee for nothing!. Frustrated, I then called Lee at Knight Safe and Lock. He came right out and did the job the other "Locksmith" said could not be done, at a fraction of the cost the other guy charged me. Knight Safe and Lock are truly professionals. Beware of other companies that say they are local. Knight Safe and Lock are actually local and do a great job!
