Our son, daughter in law, 1 yr old granddaughter along with their 3 rescue dogs came to visit for 5 weeks. When they left they called ChemDry to Shampoo our carpets. They did an amazing job! Paul and Bryce did a great job! They were flexible with my changes based on estimates and also explained what they would do and how long would take. They cleaned up their equipment and towels along the way and even swepted under sectional when saw it had ton of dog hair that I had missed. Professional and diligent in doing their best work. Yesterday, I had my carpet and upholstery cleaned. The techs were timely and wonderful. I was concerned about cleaning the couch because it's damask, and the tech assured me that it could be done. He explained the process and then went right to work. My furniture is over 20 years old and now looks practically new. The carpet is clean, bright and looks positively amazing. The techs were finished in under two hours, and everything was dry in 6 hrs. I recommend Chem Dry for quality service and excellence in results.

This was my first time using this company and I have to say by far the best company I ever had for carpet cleaning. More expensive than other companies but used extra cost for pet urine/stain treatment. I had areas treated for pet urine/stains, most all taken care of the first visit, I was concerned that there was still a faint odor left and a couple of stains that were not completely gone.

I called with my concerns joe came back and got the stains out and retreated the urine odors. Joe did an incredible job! Office staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Janet Joe did an incredible job.
