I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I recently purchased a home that I was sure the carpet couldnt be saved. It smelled like dog and cigarette smoke and was filthy. The guys that came out were very professional and very knowledgeable. They worked on the carpet until they had it squeaky clean and now my house smells so good! I highly recommend this company!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. 100/10 I recommend this company to friends/family/acquaintances. Starting off with the first call, they super kind, decently priced, and got us in for a couch cleaning very quickly! The owner, Andrew, came to our apartment and cleaned our couches to the point where they look brand new! Ive never seen or smelt my couches so clean. We are a dog friendly household and theres no stains, spots, or dog smell anymore! We will be calling them back! Theyve earned loyalty for sure.

We have trusted our carpets to Chem-Dry for many years because of their professionalism and quality service. The Chem-Dry cleaning process uses less water, and when the carpets quickly dry, they're as soft as a new carpet again. Other carpet cleaners we've tried in the past left our carpets feeling hard from all the excess detergent and water. David has always been our servicing technician, and his attention to detail and care for our property has always been beyond our expectations. I would never use anyone for cleaning our carpets but Chem-Dry of Knoxville. Great service and fair prices in any business warrant customer loyalty.

Well, what can I say? Andrew of ChemDry came today and did a WONDERFUL job cleaning my carpet and it is white (crazy right?). It looks brand new and he was so nice to educate me on the best way to maintain it. The charge was very reasonable AND he came when he said he would! I have now seen proof that Andrew can take the worst tile floors and shower and turn it back into something that is clean and pretty again! Amazing work! Came when they said they would. They were very professional and polite. They did a great job on our carpet and even removed a red wax stain that was years old. It didn't come completely out, but it was red and had been there when we bought the house. We live in Harriman and they came all the way from Knoxville and the price was reasonable.

They were absolutely phenomenal. They came this morning to clean dog urine out of the carpet. It worked perfect and smells wonderful. Very friendly, very professional, talked to me the whole time and talked me through every step they were taking so I understood the process and how it worked. We acquired a used leather sectional that was in a desperate need of a professional deep cleaning. The previous owner had dogs and birds that flew around the house that necessitated the professional deep cleaning. Most professional furniture cleaners do not service true leather furniture. I contacted ChemDry of Knoxville and they did an amazing job at revitalizing a neglected leather sectional that has many more years of use ahead. From my initial call with Krystal through the estimate (very reasonable) and service provided by Andrew, we could not be more satisfied the results. Impressive!

Andrew and his company cleaned my carpets, some large wool area rugs and an upholstered recliner. Everything looks great. I was seriously considering just replacing the carpet but I decided to give having it cleaned a try. It is 20 year old carpet and it looks new. I was literally blown away by how good it looks. If you need anything cleaned call them.

Chem-Dry did a wonderful job in removing three black ink toner stains on a very light office carpet. The products used were safe for environment, non-toxic and no odors. The cleaners were very professional and explained the levels of stain removal used (only need one for this job). And informed me of all there services. Great work and will recommend and use again when needed!
