Pacific Breeze Chem-Dry

ChemDry cleaned our carpet in our clubhouse and they did a great job! Big building, big carpet and it needed a good cleaning. They were excellent and I would definitely use them again.

Josuha, arrived in a timely manner ready to get after it. Took measurements, calculated cost, presented proposal, offering additional Scott Guard, inquired about any known spots. Within 10 minutes had equipment in place to start his task. After completing job I was shocked at the cleaning that had taken place, areas of heavy traffic looked new! Josh was very attentive to my needs and fulfilled my expectations.

They were very courteous on the phone and when they came to my home. The price was reasonable. I had a large recliner and an area of my carpet that had urine on it cleaned. The odor is gone. Great experience.

Rick from Pacific Breeze Chem Dry did an outstanding job on my carpet. One of the rooms that he cleaned was very dirty and stained with chewing tobacco. He was able to get most of the stain out with only very light yellowing in a couple of small spots. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet, but thanks to Chem Dry I wont have to go to that expense.

Excellent service! Very please with the cleaning. Removed the odor and stains from our carpet. We have two golden retriever puppies and you can imagine the potty training accidents! Ugh. My roommates dog had an accident on my couch and I had another company come the day before, the chemicals that they used on my couch smelled horrible and I could still smell the urine. I was told because of that reason it was not a guarantee that the urine smell could be removed. Daniel was determined to remove all the odor from my couch and worked nonstop for two hours! The office personnel were clear and straight forward and service and cost. Service tech was timely, professional, and informative. Offered me one additional service but when I was unsure was not pushy at all and said if I changed my mind and wanted it done I could just schedule another appointment for the treatment. He was extremely patient and spend a good amount of time cleaning every detail of the couch and offered to go over any concerns I had again before leaving. I highly recommend this company
