Matt came to clean the carpet in our home, and did an excellent job. Very professional, gave good advice, and was friendly with our dog. Even though our carpet is older, you can really tell the difference. We didn't realize how much pet hair was lingering! Highly recommend this service. Thanks Matt!

Josh was upfront honest with the stains that would not go away after the cleaning. I was disappointed about it and will look for another solution to remove them. The rooms cleaned pretty good besides that and carpet was dry within 3 hours. Rita and Josh were really helpful answering my questions. I would recommend them.

Matt the tech came in and went over everything and explained in detail what the best solution would be for my situation. Great experience from initial contact to book an appointment to completion of my job. Booking the appointment with someone who was knowledgeable immediately promotes confidence the job will be done well and correctly. Dylan arrived well within the "window". He is also knowledgeable and did a great job! My job consisted of one wall-to-wall carpeted room, several room-sized area rugs and stairs.

Happy to say my rugs are CLEAN. Since the carpet on my steps is light colored, how well the job was done was evident. I will definitely be utilizing their services to deep clean my hardwood floors and to clean my carpets as needed. I feel their fees are extremely reasonable for how well the job was done. We hired ChemDry to clean the carpets of my condominium before putting it up for sale. Admittedly, we had waited for too long between cleanings and with two black cats, the fur built up. ChemDry was able to make the carpets look brand new. Matt, the tech, explained everything to me in full detail. The service was quick and the carpet looks great. Well worth the money for the service. I'll be hiring ChemDry for maintenance cleaning in my new home.

This is my second time using Bay Breeze Chem Dry. The first time they cleaned my carpets which became fresh and smelled lovely again. Today, December 27, they were able to fit me in early to professionally clean my couch. Dillon and Brian were very thorough, explained the process, and made sure it was done right and quickly. I will definitely use them again and again. Thank you!

They did a good job; they were on time and polite. The cost was upfront and reasonably priced. I would recommend them and will use them again. I used their competitors in a previous year and only did 1st and 2nd floor. This year, I did all the carpets from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor and it turned out way better when compared to their competitors. See picture below and compare the carpet with the runner as to how it cleaned up.

This review is after my 3rd time using Bay Breeze. I love the work they do. They are efficient, very respectful of my time and when they are done my carpets are clean as a whistle. I am so glad I found this company on groupon for my 1st use and I wouldn't want or trust anyone else with caring for my carpets.
