We were very pleased with the customer service of this company. The team who came out to access the initial problem, arrived on time, did what they set out to do, gave us a detailed explanation of the problem. The owner of the company made a second visit to assure us that his company could handle the issue. They did so in a timely manner. We were impressed with the company because he and his team ended up working over time.
They did so without complaint. He gave us the weekend to make sure the unit was working properly. Giving them time to fix any additional issues if needed. Everything was working even better than before. He followed up with us a few times after to stand behind his companys work. I would gladly refer this company to others. An owner who truly cares about his companys work ethics, doing a good job, completing a task as promised and has great customer service; is a business I hope is around for a long time.

Gustavo came out on a Saturday morning and cleaned our unit. Another company told me I would have to replace my condenser coils for $2000. Gustavo cleaned everything and added some extra freon for under $300. An immediate difference in the the way the ac cools now. Thanks Gustavo! Highly recommend. My ac unit stopped working. Called Majano and they showed up in literally 30 minutes. Super super nice guys. Very professional too. They fixed my unit within 15 minutes! When i need work done in the future, including getting a new unit installed, Majano will be the ones i call. Do the same, you WONT be disappointed! One more thing.their prices are amazing!

Majanos was nothing short of spectacular. They installed a mini- split in my new addition and everything was perfect. We have since had them out to fix issues with the main house and they have been great. They initially told us we needed larger duct work in main house he gave me a price and we told them to go ahead and do it. As they were here they realized the duct sizing was not incorrect and the only thing needed was the baffles adjusted and fix a few pinch points. They are honest guys and do great work. We are customers for life!

Juan came out within a couple hours of my initial cry for help! He knew immediately why the compressor wasn't running. He changed the part, and I found his price to be fair. He was polite, professional and honest, and I will try him first in the future should I need additional repairs. I am considering hiring him to install a second unit in my home. (I really liked that he was willing to give a free estimate before any repairs were agreed upon.)
