Chem-Dry Atlanta

We have light carpet in our upstairs and in our steps. We also have 2 dogs and cats. It can get messy. Since using this Chem-Dry location and Ricky as our technician, I wont go anywhere else. Not only is Ricky very professional, very sweet and respectful, he is so very good at his trade. He takes the time to do it right and never rushes any part of it.

We schedule our cleanings around his availability- every time. Cannot recommend him enough. Also, dealings with the office have also been wonderful. The ladies are respectful, polite, know their jobs and are as accommodating as they can be. Have never had an issue with calls not be answered timely, billing, pricing or scheduling.

I was able get service very quickly. Tristan did a great job on removing spots that had been there for quite some time. He was very thorough and professional.

My poor carpet in my rental hadnt been formally cleaned in 10 years. I could not be happier with the job that was done. The carpet is all one color again and it is fresh and clean and it looks revived and no longer does my home smell like old nasty.

Why did I wait so long? I will definitely be calling Chem Dry again. My carpets look brand new!

Our tech, a gentleman called Bryan, texted me half an hour before his arrival with an ETA that was within the time frame I had been given. He was pleasant and polite, answered my questions, added a service I wanted but had forgotten to ask for, was accommodating and worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job. Chem-Dry Atlanta (Marietta Location) did a great job. There was a small hiccup in the beginning but they corrected it immediately without pause. My carpets, area rugs, sectional, and dinning room chairs look awesome! Our tech, Kevin was courteous, professional, and put safety first wearing his mask during the entire job. If you listen closely you'll catch Kevin singing as he does his job signaling that he enjoys his work.

I would recommend Chem-dry Atlanta to anyone who wants a pleasant experience. Especially, to my military families in the area because they do honor our military service by offering a military discount. Be prepared to present a valid military ID upon completion of your service. I look forward to working with Kevin again to complete the rest of the house.

Wow! Where do I start? Michael is an absolutely incredible employee. The Chem-Dry team is lucky to have him. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions, professional and very friendly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and after using him/Chem-Dry once, I was so impressed that I decided to call them back a few months later and have Michael visit my home again.

This will definitely become a quarterly thing for my family and I wouldnt trust anyone else to do this service for us. Great company. Cost-effective. Bryan and Dan did a wonderful job in my home. This is my second time using them. They did all the carpets and my sectional, sofa and 2 chairs, and my dining room seat cushion. Use a special cleaner for my cotton and silk seat cushion. Chem Dry is science backed and tested. SO USE THEM!

After getting a new puppy, I desperately needed my carpet cleaned. From the time I called to set up the appointment, to the completion of the job I never had to question if this was the right company to use. Bella made a mess out of my carpet so I opted for their pet treatment. The stains were gone and the cleaning left my house smelling fresh again. I will definitely call Chem Dry again.

We had multiple pet stains and odor in two bedrooms. Chem-Dry applied the PURT treatment as well as the sanitizer and the stains and odors disappeared. The carpets even look newer and definitely are fresher, and at a much lower cost than new carpeting!
