I have used ChemDry for the last 10 years. The carpet always comes out clean and smelling nice. There is No chemical smell even though that word is partially used in their name. The drying time is usually much shorter, about 2-3 hours, because they don't soak your carpet like their competitors. The foaming agent does the job. They also add a carpet protectorent, something like a scotchguard, for future spills.

It is definitely safe for your pets. I have a very curious cat and he's never had a problem. I recommend the Lakeside facility. They are willing to work with your schedule and the service team or person is always very accommodating while in your home.

Very professional and personable services provided. They did an excellent job of removing stains in the carpet, cleaning it and bringing it back to life! The carpet was not saturated and dried quickly as well. Will definitely use them in the future!

I'm so glad I found this company! I have two dogs, one younger one that has been following the senior dog around and peeing wherever the elderly dog loses control of his bladder. Lakeside was able to get me in in two days, and Melissa spent almost 3 hours on her hands and knees treating every urine spot with their special enzymatic cleaner. She was friendly, professional, and my living room smells better than it has in months. :-). I will definitely use them again! Bonus: it's a three-woman-owned-and-operated business :)

I had a wonderful experience with Lakeside Chem-Dry. I called them on Monday and they came out on Tuesday. So prompt so courteous, there customer service is the best! Pleasant to work with and their cleaning is amazing. My white couch had brown spots and cat urine stains, I was beside myself. Lakeside spent several hours cleaning and using their amazing product to clean my couch and it looked so much brighter. Once it dried back you could still see some of the outline of stain, they came back and did another treatment. I couldnt be happier! Thank you! Val

Two homes in two days. The first was an epidemic of area rugs and furniture, in addition to wall-to-wall in two bedrooms, hallway and two sets of stairs. The other was a cat smell problem in a bedroom and the remains of a small remodel in an office. In both cases Melissa and her assistants were outstanding. Pricing was fair. Results were above expectations. I will recommend them to others.

We moved into a new house and needed our 2nd floor carpet cleaned. Making the appt was easy, Rachelle did a great job communicating with us about the upcoming appt and ETA via texts. She gave us a quote for the job after evaluating the space and what she felt was needed, and after we agreed, worked tirelessly for about 4 hours cleaning the upstairs.

Although we cant comment on the quality of the product yet since it was just done, our home smelled lemony fresh after she was done. Overall satisfied and would definitely use this company again.
