I was utterly gobsmacked by the sparkling transformation of our floors and carpets--it was like witnessing a magic show but for hygiene. Enter Chris, our cleaning wizard, who not only aced the three Ps I hold dear in service pros--Polite, Prompt, and Professional--but could probably add a fourth for being a 'Pristine Explainer'. The guy's explanation of the cleaning process was cleaner than my kitchen counters on a good day. He dove into the cleaning and sanitizing with the zeal of a knight in a cleaning crusade. I'm over the moon with the results! If I could sing praises from my now spotless top story floors about BnK ChemDry, I would. Don't just sit there--give them a buzz today! You won't be sorry.

From the representatives who took my calls and got everything set up to the workers who worked so hard to restore my carpet that I only replaced 2 years ago (I didn't want to replace it all again for $30k!). Every time I look at my carpets which were shampooed 6 days ago I'm reminded to give Chris a shout-out. He did an excellent job!!! and we couldn't be more impressed. Most of our carpeting is 24 years old, but amazingly Chris made it look almost new. I have used BnK Chem-dry for my carpets for quite a few years and am always impressed with the job they do. Chris, the owner, has been out here several times over the years and his work is unparalleled. Very prompt and professional, and super good guy. Highly recommend!

I had reupholstered dining room chairs (which I have a stain treatment put on) and a dining room area rug delivered at the same time. I noticed a bad chemical smell and assumed it was the new rug and would go away after a few days. It didn't. It got worse and after 1.5 months, I could "taste" the smell it was so bad. And I figured it couldn't be healthy.
Assuming it was the rug, I had it removed. Turns out it was the dining room chairs. What to do?? Luckily I googled for a solution and was routed to BnK Chem-Dry. I talked to Chris, the owner, and he was very nice, so knowledgeable and confident he could get the chemicals and order out. His 2 technicians, Isaiah and George, came out the next day, and delivered!! The order is gone and my dining room finally smells nice and fresh. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend them. What great customer service!!
